Call of Duty: Black Ops 4: Nomad Special Equipment
The Nomad is uniquely skilled at racking up kills without doing anything. Both of his specials offer passive abilities; equipment and weapons that can take down a foe when the Nomad is on the other side of the map.
When looking to plant some mesh mines, keep an eye out for choke points. These are spots in the level that frequently funnel players through. Plant the explosive devices on each side of a prominent entry way for consistent kills.
However, this isn’t the only way to use mesh mines. In fact, the versatile bombs can be placed further apart to up the likelihood of taking down enemies entering a room from different angles.
Though, it’s important to remember: opponents will destroy your mesh mines before hapless players run through them if they spot them. Place them discreetly if you want them to make an impact.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 4: Special Weaponry
The K9-Unit is so good it almost feels unfair to use it. As you can see in the picture above, the K9 will become available once you score enough kills to fill up the central meter. Once this vicious pooch is available, it may be the advantage you need to turn the tide of battle in your favor.
K9-Unit can roam the map, or you can order it to stand guard in one general area. Either way, the K9 is difficult to kill and will take enemies down in one hit. Loose it in a crowded area for lots of kills right away, with the risk that it will be killed quickly. Or, loose it in a secluded location for low risk, and potentially low reward.
However you play Nomad, the specialist offers plentiful opportunities for you to make the game work for you. Use them wisely to come out on top.
