Similar to other characters, there is a specific item you will need in order to unlock Black Ops 4 Ruin. In addition, there are some objectives you will need to complete. How to Unlock Black Ops 4 Ruin
First and foremost, you are going to need Ruin’s punching mitts. According to users in the community, there are three possible spots that these can be found. As such, you are going to need a bit of luck on your side as well as speed in order to get them before an enemy does. The three possible locations are atop the Lighthouse, atop the Asylum, and at the Construction Site atop the crane there.
Once you have the mitts in your inventory, that is only half of the tasks you need to complete. To fully unlock Black Ops 4 Ruin, you will need to do one more thing. All you need to do is get yourself a close quarters kill. While this could be a melee hit, it can also be with a gun as long as it’s really close to your opponent.
Do both of these things and you will have unlocked Black Ops 4 Ruin. You will then be able to play as him from then on in the Blackout Battle Royale mode.
