Season 3 has arrived for Call of Duty: Mobile, and with it, a new Battle Pass. Interestingly, the format of the Season 3 Battle Pass is a little bit different to those which have come before. The Pass is a little cheaper, for example, and while it still features 50 tiers, those tiers will be easier to progress through. This is reportedly because Season 3 is going to be slightly shorter than Seasons 1 and 2.
The Call of Duty: Mobile Season 3 Battle Pass
As per usual for a Call of Duty Battle Pass, the Call of Duty: Mobile Season 3 Battle Pass comes in two forms; the standard free Battle Pass and the Premium Pass, the latter of which can be unlocked with COD Points. Both allow players to unlock new content via both daily and weekly challenges, but the Premium Pass also features a parallel tiered content stream. It also features ‘Elite Tasks’ which give players additional opportunities to earn XP and progress through the Battle Pass tiers.
The unique rewards contained within the Season 3 Premium Pass include the Phantom, an ATV first seen in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. Additionally, players can unlock the Type 25 Geometry camo via the Premium Pass. The full details for the content which appears in both the Battle Pass and Premium Pass can be found in the Call of Duty: Mobile main menu, as per usual.
Beyond the Battle Pass, Season 3 will be bringing plenty of new content to the mobile title. The new Scrapyard map is already available, for example, while a second map is on the way. New game modes are also being added, such as Rapid Fire and Warfare. Plus, of course, Ranked Mode is now available, with ranks going all the way up from Rookie I to Legendary. Ranked Mode is available in both standard Multiplayer and Battle Royale, and can be accessed via its own menu in-game.
