It’s May 8th, and Thanos is in Fortnite as promised yesterday during the surprise announcement of the Infinity War/Fortnite crossover. In the Infinity Gauntlet LTM mode, players can search for the Infinity Gauntlet and become Thanos.
You might think Thanos has a huge advantage on the battlefield—and he does. But that doesn’t mean that combat is totally unbalanced. Thanos receives a boost to his health and shields, and a cool high jump ability.
He also wields a massive laser. But he’s slow and can’t rely on regular weapons. Then there’s the fact that everyone is after Thanos—so winning as Thanos isn’t necessarily a piece of cake.
