Gearbox recently announced that Borderlands 3 is set to receive a second Season Pass complete with two new DLC releases; more than was originally planned for the game. Fortunately, it also looks as though Golden Key releases won’t be ending anytime soon either. Three new keys are available for players to claim this weekend, although they’ll need to act fast.
How to Claim the Latest Set of Borderlands 3 Golden Keys
The latest set of Borderlands 3 Golden Keys comes courtesy of Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford, who has often been the source of new keys on Twitter. As usual, these keys can be used to open the Golden Chest aboard the Sanctuary III in Borderlands 3; giving you three chances at scoring loot. To claim these keys, you simply need to use the following SHiFT code; 5Z5JJ-36WX9-5R5XS-6JT3J-H535S. The code can either be redeemed in-game or on the SHiFT website.
As per usual, these new Golden Keys are only available for a limited time. The code will only be available to redeem until 10:00 AM CT on the 26th of October. After that, the code will not be redeemable, so fans should make sure that they act quickly to get their hands on the keys.
Last week, Gearbox announced that even more DLC content will be coming to the game as part of a second season, despite the studio preparing the upcoming launch of Godfall. This second season of DLC won’t be story DLC, however. Rather, the two installments will be a different approach to DLC, entitled the Designer’s Cut and Director’s Cut, respectively. Details of the latter have yet to be announced. However, the former will be coming later this year, on the 10th of November. It will expand the core content of the game with the addition of a new skill tree for each Vault Hunter, as well as a new gameplay mode of some sort.
