Sadly, October has already passed. Nevertheless, you can still relive the Halloween spirit with the Fallout 76 Trick or Treat? daily quest, which can be found in the Savage Divide. This quick quest is themed around Halloween and offers some excellent unique rewards for players who complete it.
How to Complete the Fallout 76 Trick or Treat? Daily Quest
To start the Fallout 76 Trick or Treat? daily quest, you’ll need to find the Pumpkin House. This derelict suburban house can be found in the northern end of the Savage Divide region, roughly between Vault 94 and Fissure Site Sigma. As you approach the house, you should receive a miscellaneous quest to speak with “Jack”; an orange Mister Handy wearing a witch’s hat who lives in the Pumpkin House.
When you speak to Jack, the Trick or Treat? quest will formally start. Jack wants you to deliver pumpkins to a nearby hay ride, which isn’t particularly difficult to find. What may complicate matters somewhat, however, is that the site lies relatively close to Fissure Site Sigma. This location is one of the most dangerous in the Savage Divide, and filled with Scorched. More worrisome for this quest, however, is that it is also home to Scorchbeasts. As such, keep an eye on the sky as you travel to the objective site.
Once you deliver the pumpkins, the quest will complete. Rather than random reward items, as many Fallout 76 quests offer, Trick or Treat? offers very specific rewards. Namely, you’ll receive Radioactive Pumpkin Seeds, as well as both Pumpkin Grenades and the Pumpkin Grenade Recipe. Although these grenades do less damage than a Frag Grenade, they do significant radiation damage. Moreover, they leave a cloud which will do radiation damage over time. Specifically, they do 80 Ballistic damage and 40 Radiation damage. Completing Trick or Treat? is actually the only way to obtain them.
