Festival of the Lost 2019 Start Date

Yesterday, Bungie announced in a blog-post that Festival of the Lost 2019 will be returning to Destiny 2 this year. This seasonal event will start on October 29. Players will be able to earn all-new armor sets for each class and Halloween-themed weapons from this event. But the best part about this event is – Masks. Yes, you heard that right. If you’re new to Destiny 2, Festival of the Lost brings new masks for different NPC characters every year.

End Date:

Festival of the Lost will be closing on November 19, 2019. This event will stay live for three weeks in Destiny 2. So, you’ll only have three weeks to complete the new Triumphs, acquire new weapons and armor sets, and unlock new masks. Here’s a note from Bungie if you’re going to complete the triumphs:

“Festival of the Lost triumphs that have been unlocked, but have not been claimed, will become inaccessible after Festival of the Lost ends on November 19. In order for players to ensure that they receive credit for these triumphs, they must claim them as soon as they are completed.”
