In Yesterday’s TWAB blog-post, Bungie talked about the Iron Banner’s return for this Season (Season of the Undying) in Destiny 2. This time, Iron Banner will feature Control as its core game mode. According to Bungie, there are some changes to the Iron Banner rewards quest and how you earn armor/weapons inside this activity.
Iron Banner Quest Steps
Recently, Bungie updated the API which revealed the brand-new Iron Banner quest steps to the public. This new quest will require you to complete matches, defeat opponents, land Super kills inside Iron Banner along with other weapon-specific kills. Below, you can the complete quest-line coming to Destiny 2 for this Season’s Iron Banner. Take a look:
1. Spectacle
At any time during Season 8, complete matches, defeat opponents, capture zones, and land Super final blows in the Iron Banner.
2. Intent
Land Pulse Rifle final blows in the Iron Banner. At any time during Season 8, complete matches, defeat opponents, capture zones, and land Super final blows to earn progress.
3. Timing
Land Fusion Rifle final blows in the Iron Banner. At any time during Season 8, complete matches, defeat opponents, capture zones, and land Super final blows to earn progress.
4. Execution
Land Submachine Gun final blows in the Iron Banner. At any time during Season 8, complete matches, defeat opponents, capture zones, and land Super final blows to earn progress.
5. Conviction
Land Grenade Launcher final blows in the Iron Banner. At any time during Season 8, complete matches, defeat opponents, capture zones, and land Super final blows to earn progress.
6. Forgeborne
Return to Lord Saladin.
