Since the release of Destiny 2, Bungie had added several Destiny 1 exotic weapons and armor to Destiny 2. This list includes Thorn, The Last Word Queenbreaker’s Bow, Sleeper Simulant, Whisper of the Worm (formally known as Black Spindle in D1) and an exotic pulse rifle Outbreak Perfected (Outbreak Prime in Destiny 1). As we all know, with every season, Bungie tends to bring back at least ONE exotic weapon from Destiny 1 to Destiny 2.
One of the Best Exotic Pulse Rifle Returning
Destiny community has been asking Bungie to release an exotic pulse rifle for a while now. We’ve only had one exotic pulse rifle since the release of Destiny 2 that was Vigilance Wing until Outbreak Perfected was added in Season of the Drifter. Well, we’re in luck this time as well.
Data-miners over at Reddit have found a Catalyst of (what it looks like) Bad Juju from Destiny 1. If you haven’t played Destiny 1, Bad Juju was one of the best exotic pulse rifles. Take a look at the leaked Catalyst of Bad Juju and the actual image of the weapon side-by-side.
Along with the catalyst leak, this Reddit user has also found a brand new area of what it looks like a new quest mission (similar to The Whisper and Zero Hour). Take a look below.
We know that every exotic weapon that has returned in D2 with a separate quest mission has its catalyst tied to it as well. Such as Whisper of the Worm and recently, Outbreak Perfected. It looks like Bad Juju will have the same thing. You’ll have to complete this quest mission on heroic difficulty.
When to Expect Bad Juju in Destiny 2
Our guess is, it’ll be release in the upcoming event Solstice of Heroes. Since before that, we already have an exotic hand cannon coming on July 2, 2019.
Keep in mind, all of the above information is leaked and data-mined and not officially confirmed or announced by Bungie. So, we’ll have to wait for its an official announcement. In the meantime, Lumina, a brand-new exotic hand cannon is coming to Destiny 2 next week. Check out how you can acquire it with our step-by-step guide.
Destiny 2: Shadowkeep will be releasing on September 17 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC. Destiny 2 will also be available on Google Stadia this fall in November 2019.
