Back in the Season of the Drifter, Bungie released a brand-new limited-time event called The Revelry. Though a lot of the tonics released in this event caused a lot of trouble inside the Competitive playlist. With the tonic activated, players could eliminate all four opponent with a single grenade. So, Bungie had to remove the Tonic effects from the Competitive playlist. During the Revelry, Bungie also released Arc Week which buffed Arc Super, Melee and Grenade damage. It looks like, with Solstice of Heroes, we’ll be getting Solar Week this time.
Solar Week in Destiny 2
According to the data-mined files, Solar Week will be kicking off in the last week of Solstice of Heroes on August 20th. Below, you can find every leaked information about Solar Week.
…has swept the system, imbuing all Guardians with enhanced Solar energy. In response, Lord Saladin has declared a week of celebration.

- Many Tower vendors are offering bounties to Solar-wielders. Complete them in style by participating in Solar Singe activities.
- New Solar-themed emotes are now available at the Eververse store.
