Season of Dawn has been one of the best seasons in Destiny 2 as of now in terms of content. This is the type of content players have been asking from Bungie. Seeing Saint-14 in action and head-butting Vex (spoilers) is probably one of the most badass moments in Destiny ever. Have you completed An Impossible Task quest? If not, we’ve got you covered. Below, you can see every Transponder’s location you need to progress through this questline in Destiny 2.
If you’re just starting out the week 2 quest for Saint-14’s rescue, you need to first visit Osiris on Mercury and destroy a bunch of Vex transformers which can be found pretty easily. These are big white bulb-type objects scattered across the planets. For the next step, you need to go and find the Transponder location and place a beacon there. While these are already marked on the Map, it could a bit tricky to locate the actual locations for these transponders on Nessus.
Destiny 2 Saint-14 Quest: Transponder Location
Vex Transponder – Exodus Black Spawn
Just spawn at the Exodus Black and you can find this first transponder on a cliff. Head to the Nessus Obelisk and from there you can jump over to the bigger cliff. There, you’ll find the transponder location.
Vex Transponder – The Cistern
Spawn at The Cistern on Nessus and head to the big white Vex milk lake. You’ll see a ledge in the middle at the edge of the Vex milk waterfall. Jump on there and place your second beacon.
Vex Transponder – Watcher’s Grave
There are two Vex Transponders you can get to from Watcher’s Grave on Nessus. First, let’s get the left one. It’s pretty straight-forward. Just spawn in your sparrow and head to the marked location. It can be found next to some Vex enemies.
For the second transponder, head to the right of The Barge. There, you’ll see portal next to some Vex. Hop in and follow the path and eventually, you’ll get to your fourth transponder.
Vex Transponder – The Hollows
Get in The Hallows (where the public event happens), there you can climb some rocks on the left side to find the transponder.
Vex Transponder – The Tangle
This one is probably the trickiest one to find. This is actually located inside the Insight Terminus strike area where you find a hoard of enemies. Just follow the path and you’ll find your way to the transponder.
