Destiny universe is divided into two parts – PvP and PvE. While some players prefer PvP over PvE, there’s a whole player base for PvE part of the game. PvP in Destiny 2 include activities like The Crucible, Iron Banner, Competitive, and Trials of the Nine (rest in peace, for now). PvE includes Strikes, Raids, Story Missions, Exotic Quests, and everything that is not a PvP activity. Bungie recently revealed that there will be new Strikes coming in Shadowkeep.
New Strikes in Shadowkeep
In an interview with GamesRadar, Ben Wommack and David Dague (DeeJ) talked about the stuff coming in Shadowkeep and what players can expect in terms of new content (strikes, raids, nightmare hunts). They revealed that players can expect two new strikes with Shadowkeep this fall. One is on Io and the other is on the Moon.
Q. How many new Strikes are there?
Wommack: There’s two new Strikes coming in Shadowkeep. One is on the Moon and another one is on Io.
While we’ve seen the new strike on Moon – it’s called The Scarlett Keep. Presumably, it will take us to that giant red Hive Fortress. We don’t know much about this Strike other than its name. But as far as the other Strike is concerned, we’ve seen it inside Destiny 2. Yes, players may have found the Io strike area in Destiny 2. Take a look below:
