Konami eFootball PES 2021 Season Update Cover Revealed With Four Star Athletes
Konami introduced fans to their eFootball PES 2021 Season Update cover on Tuesday, putting the spotlight on two of the game’s greats along with two rising stars. It’s the first time that the cover will feature two of the game’s top players. In addition, the cover showcases a pair of rising talents from Manchester United and FC Bayern, respectively.
eFootball PES 2021 cover features a total of four star players
FC Barcelona’s Lionel Messi graces the upcoming eFootball PES 2021 cover for the sixth time in his superstar career. Messi appeared on the eFootball PES 2020 cover along with fellow ambassadors Serge Gnabry, Miralem Panic, and Scott McTominay.
He is joined by a man often mentioned with him when it comes to the best in the game today, Cristiano Ronaldo of Juventus. Ronaldo is one of the game’s official ambassadors, making his eFootball PES 2021 cover appearance necessary as a promotional aspect. A year ago, Konami pulled off a power move by aligning themselves with Juventus, barring competitor EA Sports from being able to use Juventus’ name, kits, or stadium in the game.
In addition, the new cover puts a spotlight on two younger players. Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford is just 21 years of age, but a rising star in the Premier League. The fourth player is FC Bayern’s Alphonso Davies, who is just 18 years old.

The eFootball PES 2021 Season Update cover reveal comes about three weeks prior to the game’s launch. The new Konami football simulation title is due out on September 15, 2020. It carries a price of $29.99 and is available for pre-order for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, or PC Steam.
There’s also a 20 percent discount available. Gamers who currently own PES 2020 or PES 2020 Lite can order a Club edition of the new game through their current game. Check out the pre-order page here.
As shown in a special promotion, gamers with PES 2020 who log in anytime from Aug. 25 through Aug. 31 will get four Special Agents to sign four PES 2021 Ambassador Players to their team.
