There are a number of great FIFA 19 skill moves available when using the soccer game on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, or other platforms. Previously, we looked at how to do the player-exclusive move with the Neymar Rainbow Flick. While that move was exclusive to Neymar Jr. in the game, there are several skill moves you can do with any player with a specific skill rating. Here’s how to do La Croqueta and the Ball Roll Sombrero Flick on the PS4 or Xbox One systems.
FIFA 19 Skill Moves: How to do La Croqueta (4-star skill)
La Croqueta is another beautiful skill move in FIFA 19. To perform La Croqueta in the game is quite simple. You can perform this move while your player is standing, jogging, or sprinting on the pitch with the ball. Your player must be a four-star skill player.
On the PlayStation 4 controller, press L1 and move the Right Stick to the right or left. On the Xbox One controller, press the Left Bumper (LB) and move the Right Stick to the right or left. The direction you move the Right Stick depends on which direction you want to perform the move in.
This skill move works brilliantly for avoiding a defender when near the box, or for slipping past a number of defenders in the box. It will take some practice to get the timing right, but when you do, it looks great!
FIFA 19 Skill Moves: How to do Ball Roll Sombrero Flick (5-star skill)
Here’s another skill move you can do with more players than just Neymar Jr. It’s similar to Neymar’s move in a way as this is a Ball Roll Sombrero Flick. Your player will flick the ball up into the air and past the defender as you make your way past them and down the pitch.
To perform the Ball Roll Sombrero Flick in the game, you’ll need a five-star skill player. If you’ve got one with the ball, flick the controller’s Right Stick to the Left or Right and then press the Right Stick in. This works on the Xbox One and PS4 controllers.
You can do this move anywhere your five-star player is at on the pitch. It makes for a great way to slip past a defender or to flick the ball for a volley. Once again, practice makes perfect, but this is another beautiful skill move to add your overall game.
