FIFA 19 Ultimate Team Birthday Squad Arrives Featuring High-Rated Antoine Griezmann, Gareth Bale FUT Cards
It’s time to celebrate a milestone for FIFA Ultimate Team as it’s the special mode’s 10th birthday! In honor of the FIFA 19 Ultimate Team birthday celebration, they’ve unveiled a brand new promotion featuring a squad of players. In addition, there are players available through Weekly Objectives and new Squad Building Challenges. Here’s a look at what content was revealed including the FIFA 19 Ultimate Team Birthday Squad players.
FIFA 19 Ultimate Team Birthday Squad includes Griezmann, Bale, Mbappe
Each week, FIFA Team of the Week brings us some of the top players in recent performances. There was also a Team of the Year featuring the best in the game today from the season. Among the FIFA 19 TOTY star players were Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, and Neymar.
Now we have another impressive starting XI for this celebratory squad full of great talent. Headlining with 93 overall ratings are Antoine Griezmann and Gareth Bale. They’re joined by a 92 Koulibaly and 91 Kylian Mbappe. The 90-rated players continue as shown below. Only one player amongst the starters is an 89, so it’s certainly one impressive lineup.

The FUT Birthday Squad substitutes and reserves are also great, ranging from 86 through 89 for their player ratings. These are available through special FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT) packs, starting at 6 p.m. UK time on Friday (Mar. 22). Check out the full squad below.

FIFA 19 Ultimate Team Birthday Objectives, SBCs, Rewards
There is also a first batch of weekly objectives as part of the FUT Birthday event. The three players unveiled for these are an 87 Gervinho, an 89 Zlatan Ibrahimovic, and an 88 Naldo. These particular cards are untradeable.
It also wouldn’t be a new FUT event without Squad Building Challenges (SBCs). The latest players available through the Birthday promotion include a 92 David Villa, 92 Steven Gerrard, and 91 Timo Werner.
It’s been mentioned that there will be a total of nine players available through Weekly Objectives and SBCs. That means there are three more on the way, so stay tuned.
One other note, based on how many days a person played FIFA Ultimate Team this year, they’ll receive a reward pack. Here are the kits or packs that are available based on your FUT days played:
1-8 Days: Custom Kit
9-55 Days: 25k Jumbo Premium Gold Pack
56-115 Days: 45k Prime Gold Players Pack
116-162 Days: 55k Rare Mega Pack
163+ Days: 125k Ultimate Pack
