FIFA 19 Winter Ratings Refresh: Rest of World Players revealed

In the FIFA 19 ratings refresh for Serie A, gamers saw upgraded cards for Giorgio Chiellini (90) and Kalidou Koulibaly (88). There aren’t any high 80s or 90-rated stars here. However, many are in the mid-80s for the rest of the world group. For example, Bruno Fernandes is now an 84, as is Ajax player Hakim Ziyech. There are several 83-rated players including Ajax and Holland Eredivisie’s Matthijs de Ligt as well as Turkey Super Lig’s Edin Visca.

Here’s a look at all 23 of the “Rest of World” ratings that received the refresh.

The FIFA 19 ratings refresh upgrades player cards and skills as necessary in the game. These upgrades are based on how players have performed during the first part of their football seasons. A Premium League refresh saw upgrades for the likes of Harry Kane, Raheem Sterling, and Fernandinho, among others. Some of these players may have higher-rated cards. Still, many gamers will be searching for these as boosts for their lineups.

The Winter Ratings Refresh is now applied to Premier League, Bundesliga, Serie A, Ligue 1, La Liga, and Rest of World. Gamers won’t see these ratings refresh if they have these players’ cards on FIFA Ultimate Team. To get them with the new ratings, you’ll have to buy FUT packs and find one, or purchase the new player card on the transfer market.
