FIFA 20 Shapeshifters Team 2 Arrives With Players Including Cristiano Ronaldo, N’Golo Kante
On Friday, EA released its FIFA 20 Shapeshifters Team 2 players. The Shapeshifters program includes star players with new cards where they are playing in positions they normally don’t. In the Team 1 group of players, we saw Lionel Messi and David Luiz cards. With Team 2, gamers now have new items available for stars including Cristiano Ronaldo, Franck Ribery, and N’Golo Kante.
Who are the FIFA 20 Shapeshifters Team 2 players?
FIFA 20 Shapeshifters Team 2 brings international football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo a 95 overall card at the right-wing position. With Ronaldo’s new item comes skill ratings such as 94 Shooting, 94 Pace, 91 Dribbling, 85 Passing, and 82 Physical. It doesn’t outdo his 99 OVR Team of the Year card, but it’s a nice option for some FUT gamers at the new spot in the lineup.
The next highest cards go to N’Golo Kante (92), Franck Ribery (91), and Richarlison (90). Kante shifts from his traditional CDM spot to playing center-back. Meanwhile, Ribery becomes a striker and Richarlison’s new card takes him from RM to ST to CAM.

These 10 player cards (below) are now available in select FUT packs and also through the Transfer Market:
- Cristiano Ronaldo (ST – RW) 95 OVR
- N’Golo Kante (CDM – CB) 92 OVR
- Franck Ribery (LM – ST) 91 OVR
- Richarlison (RM – CAM) 90 OVR
- David Alaba (LB – CB) 88 OVR
- Trent Alexander-Arnold (RB – CM) 88 OVR
- Ricardo Pereira (RB – LB) 88 OVR
- Milot Rashica (LW – RW) 86 OVR
- Ferland Mendy (LB – CDM) 86 OVR
- Vinicius Junior (LW – ST) 85 OVR
In addition, two untradeable player items also launched for the new Shapeshifters Team 2. There’s a Denis Zakaria SBC item with an 87 OVR that shifts him from CMD to CB. There’s also Marc Bartra 87 OVR Objectives item which moves him from a CB to a striker. Check out FUTHead for Bartra details.
EA Sports FIFA Twitter also posted a new video featuring Mike Labelle. The FIFA analyst, who we saw covering the recent FUT Champions Cup, speaks about which new Shapeshifters may be the best for your lineup. Amongst the new cards Labella points out are Ribery, Alaba, and Rashica, whom he calls a “gem” based on how much he moved up and his possible good prices at the Transfer Market.
