The EA Sports’ FIFA 21 Standard Edition is set to drop on October 9 for widespread release. However, it’s possible to start playing earlier with an EA Play membership, or if you pre-ordered select editions of the game. Just recently, EA unveiled what the FIFA 21 Early Access rewards will be for the gamers falling into those two categories.
What are the FIFA 21 Early Access rewards?
On Friday (Sept. 25), EA Sports released new Pitch Notes regarding Ultimate Team mode. In those notes, they listed out exactly what FIFA 21 Early Access rewards gamers can expect.
They’ll include a number of ways to get started on building and boosting one’s FIFA Ultimate Team. It will mostly involve Objectives, Friendlies, and the ability to earn special packs or XP boosts, among other items. However, those gamers with Standard Edition won’t be able to access them.
Here’s what will be included for early access rewards:
- Pre-Launch Objectives with the chance to earn a special Early Access Reward Pack, which includes an untradeable 80-84 OVR Player Pick and a 10 game loan Team Of The Week (TOTW) Player.
- Team of the Week 1 highlighting the best performing players from the world of football, available for a limited time.
- The launch of Season Objectives 1: In addition to more time in Season 1, EA Play members will also get a Season XP boost to help them on their way to level 30 rewards.
- Experience Live FUT Friendlies first with the Three Nations Themed Live FUT Friendly challenge.
- The first opportunity to experience Events with a head start in the Humans vs. Machine community event. Complete the Humans vs. Machine Objectives group to earn an untradeable Prime Electrum players pack.
Additionally, EA mentioned exclusive content for the Ones to Watch campaign as early rewards. There will be OTW Player SBCs and an OTW Player Pick Vote. With the latter of these rewards, gamers who log into the game or Companion App on October 5 and 6 can vote for which nominee they believe deserves the OTW item. FIFA will release an OTW SBC for the player with the most votes.
