The FIFA Ultimate Team promotion known as Winter Wildcard continues as the second team in the series has been unveiled. Just a few days before Christmas, gamers can begin picking up new player items for Raheem Sterling, Eden Hazard, and other stars. Below we’ve got a complete look at FIFA 22 Winter Wildcard Team 2 players that are now available in Ultimate Team.
Who is on FIFA 22 Winter Wildcard Team 2?
Thursday, December 23 brought the official release for FIFA 22 Winter Wildcard Team 2 in Ultimate Team. With that, Raheem Sterling leads a group of upgraded player cards. Sterling is a 90 overall, whose card has 94 Pace, 90 Dribbling, 85 Shooting, and 82 Passing among the attributes. Additionally, his card has a four-star Weak Foot available.
Joining him is defensive standout Eden Hazard with a new 88 OVR item. Hazard gets 91 Pace, 91 Dribbling, 88 Shooting, and 85 Passing on the card. Lucas Moura is another 88 OVR in the release with 96 Pace, 92 Dribbling, and 87 shooting attributes.
Other players in this FUT release (shown below) include Anthony Martial (ST), Matteo Guendouzi (CDM), Romain Alessandrini (ST), and Alessandro Florenzi (RB).
Based on EA’s description of the program, these player items “receive a variety of permanent boosts inspired by past, present, and potential future FUT player upgrades.”
Last week, FIFA Ultimate Team unveiled the first Winter Wildcard players. The first team included Neymar Jr., Paul Pogba, Fabinho, Moussa Niakhate, Leonardo Spinazzola, and Kingsley Coman, among others. Check them out at the FUTHEAD listing here.
As of December 23, the Team 1 players are now replaced in FUT packs by Winter Wildcard Team 2 players.
Swaps Program to launch in Ultimate Team
The FIFA 22 Winter Wildcards program also has the Wildcard Tokens available to gamers in Ultimate Team. There are 24 Tokens are available through Squad Building Challenges (SBCs) and Objectives in FUT mode. In addition, there was a Token available in a pack at the FUT Store.
Use the Wildcard Tokens to swap them for a variety of different rewards as shown below:
- 15 Tokens – 85+ x10 Player Pack (untradeable)
- 12 Tokens – Winter Wildcard Player – Patson Daka (untradeable)
- 8 Tokens – Winter Wildcard Player – Christian Günter (untradeable)
- 5 Tokens – Ultimate Pack (untradeable)
- 5 Tokens – Icon Home & Away Kits (untradeable)
- 3 Tokens – 81-89 x10 Player Pack (untradeable)
- 2 Tokens – Rare Players Pack (untradeable)
To get the rewards above, use the number of Tokens shown in the Squad Building Challenges screen to swap for the reward you want to get. However, Tokens can’t be swapped until Sunday, December 26, in Ultimate Team mode.
