Fortnite Battle Royale players are going to enter the final week of season 5 on Thursday, September 13. This is when Epic Games will release the last set of weekly challenges for the season. While the fifth season most likely won’t end next week, players won’t be getting more challenges for it.
Just as it was the case before, weekly challenges will be split into two categories. Three challenges will be available to everyone, while Battle Pass owners will have the access to four additional challenges. Furthermore, completing four challenges will reward Fortnite players with 10,000 Season XP.
In total, players will get 50 Battle Stars and 10,000 Season XP for completing this set of weekly challenges.
Free challenges
The first free challenge will have players search for jigsaw puzzles in basements. At the moment, no one knows where exactly this puzzles will be. Fortnite Battle Royale players will have to find seven of them to complete the challenge.
The second challenge in this category will require players to consume apples or mushrooms. These can be found all over the island and consuming 20 of them will be the requirement. Finally, the hard challenge from the free section will be about eliminating 10 opponents.
Battle Pass challenges
Battle Pass owners will be landing in Salty Springs and Pleasant Park in week 10. One challenge will require them to open chests in Salty Springs, while they will visit the other area for an enemy elimination.
Fortnite Battle Royale players will also have to search between a covered bridge, waterfall, and the 9th green to get an extra Battle Pass tier. This will be a hard challenge in this category, along with the search opening challenge.
The final challenge will require Fortnite players to simply deal 5,000 damage to their opponents. This can be done with any weapon and in any mode except Playground, so it should be relatively easy to complete it.
