  1. I have one simulator game that I've been playing. It's Thief Simulator. A bit odd, but a lot of fun. It would only appeal to a select few in a small demographic. So I doubt it will be very popular. It was, if I remember right, the game that was selling for 1 penny. If it wasn't that one then I think it was the one that I bought for either 19 cents or 49 cents. I honestly don't remember. But I do know for a fact that it was less than 50 cents. At least when I bought it, it was.

    Speedruns

Something that can be fun as far as speedruns go would be if you had 2 full setups side by side, and you and a friend were racing each other to get to a certain point. Like if you were both playing Zelda OoT and starting from the beginning of the game when Navi was initially sent to Link, and then race each other to the point where Link pulls out the Master Sword. No game guides, no cheat codes (if any exist), and no rules regarding side stops like skulltulas or catching all the chickens in Kakariko village to get the bottle. That would actually be fun.

  3. Does taping a game to a tree and shooting it with a 12 gauge shotgun after it pisses you off too many times count?

  5. For me it was GTA 5 over all previus GTA games, I do love most of the main GTA games from GTA 3, Vice city , San andreas and GTA 4 and most still hold up today, but GTA 5 is much better in many aspects (except for the music)and its now hard to go back to any of the previus entries if not for nostalgic reasons.

  6. I think for me, Rune Factory 2 really cut my interest in the original Rune Factory because it moved at a faster pace and made me realize how slow and tiresome I found the original, which I didn't notice until after I'd played the sequel. None of the other sequels have made 2 obsolete to me, and I'd like to try a full play through of the original again someday, but that day is a long day's away because I just couldn't handle how slow it was back then, and I'm not sure I can now either. That's just because I have a very small attention span, though.

  7. I'm a big fan of simulators myself. They let me quasi-experience things I myself would never experience in the real world, which I find super enjoyable. I want to experience all sorts of things, so for me, who is disabled and barely leaves her house, simulation games are a great method of pretending I have experience in life.

  8. I see "simulator" on the title of a game, I immediately social distance myself from it... before that it was cool. The world is full of posers.

  9. Off the top of my head, I would have to say when a bite bug farted on me in FF8.

  10. The only good thing I can see from the delay is right in what he said. "The good news is, we're nearly done with development of The Last Of Us Part II. We are in the midst of fixing our final bugs." Every game, despite honest efforts of honest developers has bugs when it hits the shelves that they didn't catch before it was released. So this delay can give them time to weed out bugs that they missed and give the initial release a better game. I'm not trying to shit on anyone. No one is perfect. But, in my eyes, more time to develop equals better results on the finished product.
