  1. Modern standards of graphics have spoiled me a little I admit, at least in the AAA market, but do take it for granted? I would say no. I'm not the most vain of individuals when it comes to games, I just expect certain standards and I'd say that's perfectly fair. If there is anything that's going to ruin gaming for me, it will be one or both of the following; This push towards "live services" where you have to always be online, but the game holds no such demands for itself. The freemium concept. Mobile gaming is a complete joke to me because of it, but it's already creeping out of that cesspit and into other platforms, especially on PC's with so many of these rat pellets now available on both. Let me guess, the "political pandering" you speak off is whenever a game features characters that aren't straight white men? Oh no! Our hero is named Aisha off to save her girlfriend! Gaming is doomed... why?

  2. I remember this game being touted as what Star Citizen would be if it was full release and this game has been recommended to me by a few people but I haven't gotten around to checking it out. That being said, the latest DLC launch was broken and unfinished and the community is up in arms about this as a result. When will developers learn? Post your thoughts down below.

  3. Given that the only "innovations" games companies are apparently capable of implementing these days are new and ingenious ways you empty your wallet, I'll go for the classic, reliable experience.

  4. The saddest part about this is, if Frontier delayed the expansion and released a finished product this could have taken elite dangerous from a pretty niche community, to a more mainstream audience. Frontier absolutely dropped the ball on this one and will feel the consequences for years to come.

  5. I'd say Solid Snake from Metal Gear Solid in that I fight for what I believe in even if I die in the process. I also live life on my terms, not what the world wants me to do.

  6. On one hand, I think it's fantastic that they're cutting down on sexual content. There's quite a lot of content nowadays in entertainment that displays women as objects, so it's nice to see a company acknowledging this and putting restrictions on it. On the other, I do see how it could effect Sony's desirability, but I almost feel like that makes their action all the better. Sony is most likely perfectly aware of the negative impacts and yet they're putting this in place nonetheless.
