My advice would be to get through the shortest ones first, and don't be afraid to turn down the difficulty if you're not enjoying the current pace. The only problem with this is that you're then playing the game for the sake of completing it, and moving on, which may leave you bittersweet if it eventually clicks with you but is spoilt by that point. The thing is I have the time to play games that I don't like very much, whereas I'm sure you value your time so much more.
The only game on that list I know for a fact I wouldn't recommend until last is Greedfall, because the only way that experience is going to be good is if you do everything, which takes approximately 60 hours (over half of which are a drag.)
GTA 5 might be the best one if you want to disregard my above advice. It's a game that goes on a bit longer than it ought to, but it offers enough downtime - thematically and mechanically - to allow you to enjoy zooming around, exploring, and treating yourself to some makeovers.
