  1. @killamch89 and I have known each other for ages now. General PSA for all interested: Stacey Powers is a five-dimensional pandrogynous blob, but prefers "she" and "human female" for convenience.

  2. Hatred is the number one for me. The character you play is simply known as The Antagonist. That's his name as far as the game will tell you. He straight up says in the beginning intro that his name isn't important Another one I would think would be RDR2. Being a gang of outlaws, they would typically be the villains, or antiheroes at best. True they're good people for the most part in camp, but they're still killers, robbers, and thieves.

  3. Yeah - I do mate. Even now, my SEGA console is still functional 100% and I still play on it once in a while.

  4. Yeah - it's something that I have done a few times as well and it's really enjoyable any day I do it again.

  5. Wikipedia explanation: Mod or modification is a term generally applied to PC games, especially first-person shooters, but also to real-time strategy games. Mods are made by the general public, and are entire new games upon themselves. They can include new items, weapons, characters, enemies, models, modes, textures, levels, and story lines. They also usually take place in unique locations. They can be single-player or multiplayer.

  6. My flesh is infused with a transtemporal adaptive matrix, so I would both melt and unmelt. In truth, I am outside of time, but this is the best way for me to put it so a temporal entity can understand it. Please, no salt. Thank you! I am proud to be a blob woman of vibes.

  7. I try to put myself in someone else's shoes so even if I was tempted to help them or want to say something, most people like to figure out things for themselves so I stay quiet until they ask.

  8. Castlevania is one of those supernatural games about Vampires, demons etc. I has some very good games such as Symphony Of The Night, Aria Of Sorrow among others.

  10. Exactly - I get that right. It's something that's happened to a lot of people, so I'm not surprised it's the same thing with you.

    Best 2021 Games?

Yeah - Bloodborne is definitely an interesting one. Most gamers who got into it are really enjoying it as well.

  13. I concur that Dragon Age: Origins is rather liberal with its difficulty. It's part of the reason why I don't like non-d20 based RPGs such as Neverwinter Nights or Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, which use visible and easily calculable maths. At least when you die to a bear at level one in Baldur's Gate, it's because you can see it did did three attacks between 1-8 damage in the combat log, which is enough to take out anyone who isn't a Barbarian or a Fighter in a single, lucky blow. Dark Souls isn't so much difficult as it is punishing when you mess up. This doesn't mean it's easy, it still takes practice and attunement to the movement and tells of your enemies. It only becomes 'easy' in a sense when you've mastered the backstab, and/or have a player/NPC doing all the work in boss fights... provided they survive. The hardest thing about it was adjusting to the idea that you will die, and it's totally expected. I was way too used to the idea that dying meant you were bad at a game, and while there is some merit to that idea, nobody's ever played Dark Souls with dying in obvious or silly ways on their first try.

  14. Even if their is no GTA 6, no problem, with GTA 5 video game I am still loving it. I've spent time on this action game more than any other, due to its amazing gameplay, and cutscenes that is always realistic.

  15. Not every suggestion or hints made by the game should be taking, most of them might even lead you to crashing out on game. I use the optional hint pleasing to me.

  18. With the George A. Romero example, I think (I say 'think' because I'm sure Night of the Living Dead had messages about racism and othering) it began with Dawn of the Dead which was quite clever in its use of zombies as a representation of 'mindless consumerism.' Land of the Dead was when things got a whole lot less subtle, a criticism of plutocracy and distribution of wealth and so forth. Diary of the Dead wasn't even a criticism or comment, more an observation of "social media exists." I recall Red Letter Media (RLM) did a joke about Romero writing up the next film before he passed away, going "Twitter, err, can you 'tweet' a zombie?" I agree it would be unfortunate for people to not get the satire, but then if they're offended (especially if they haven't played the game), they're the exact kind of people the game is taking the piss out of. One thing I can say about Grand Theft Auto it's that nobody looks good, and very rarely does anyone come out of it smelling of roses. It's only until the story's over that their lives can begin to resemble normalcy in a world that's just as kooky as it was before.
