    It's my 40th today.

Nah, don't worry about it. I'm cool. It's not a big deal for me. Gay or no gay, I don't have anything against one's choice of lifestyle, so I respect them.

  3. I'm a PS and PC player mostly. Nintendo has their niche now and I don't think that's gonna go down anytime soon.I think they'll invest a bunch on online games and services in the next few years.I don't know how you can exclude the biggest and most successful icon in gaming history from the video game 'pie'.As far as graphics, all the pretty ray traced, blah blah stuff don't mean anything if the rest of the game is boring.Much like guitars and amps, you don't need the most expensive product to have fun and be productive. And yes Switch doesn't have some big games I guess, but it's the only place to get all the Nintendo exclusives.I'm starting to think there's a ton of Nintendo fans that simply don't squack about how great the switch, etc is. Maybe console and PC people are more vocal than Nintendo fans. Dammit! Now I wanna get a Switch and make a bunch of animal buddies in Animal Crossing!

    Best PC Brand?

I've never once in my life had a problem with HP. The only reason that I have several is simply because I was upgrading. There's one that I have here that I used for over 10 years. It still runs as if it was brand new. But I don't use it except to play AOE2 and Diablo 2, because I have upgraded. I also have 2 other HP computers that are in perfect running condition. One of which I absolutely love, because it's an all-in-one. The other one is one that I used for several years prior to getting the all-in-one and I never had an issue with it either. Just upgrading. Right now I'm using an iBuyPower, and I have a lot of issues with it. It glitches, boots slow, locks up, and just has issues everywhere. I've taken it in, and no one can find anything wrong with it. No viruses or worms of any kind. No hardware issues. If it wasn't for the fact that it's a gaming PC, I would probably go back to my all-in-one. I'm not the biggest PC gamer, but I do play a few PC games. But to sum up, I highly and strongly recommend you buy an HP. You won't regret it. Also they're extremely affordable compared to other computers.

  10. Stalker 2 looks pretty dope. Never played the first game. Should I play that first or play this instead when it comes out?

  11. This is where I make my stand, I'd like the side quests to stay and also for the developers to make it worth our play.

  12. Well, if more games should let you remove quests from your quest list, what's the essence of adding so much of them in the first place!!

  13. I don't doubt that one bit because there are several lazy gamers who wouldn't like to stress their gameplay at all.

  14. Seriously, there are some gamers that would remove everything just to make sure they are able to complete the game.

  15. But the Chinese media didn’t even emphasize the reason as being loot boxes and timers. If they did, those companies have something to change in their games instead of just blocking them after all that work. Their media stressed that the reason for the license freeze is because they are blaming gaming as being an ‘electronic drug’ and its psychological impact. That is hell of a lot more broad by attacking gaming as a whole rather than those addictive transactions. And this is all at the heels of China banning games of effeminate men. So what is their real intentions here. Gaming, effeminate men, and whatever else controversy that promotes freedom of thought is a threat to Chinese rule. And with the collapse of Hong Kong democracy, it’s a no brainer the real reason for attacking gaming. And the more time people spend in entertainment that isn’t state run, then that’s a huge problem. Part of their broader scheme is to keep people occupied at work and not allow much leisure time. That is old school control. Universities do that a lot to program students; to sleep deprive them and keep them on the edge in order to better ‘educate’ them. The military does it. Societies as a whole does it. The less vacation time in a society the better. Keep people poor and work multiple jobs as to weaken their spirits, the better. So to get those young people off of gaming and be so called ‘productive in society’ is more on the lines of work and don’t think. And I’m not saying there isn't an addictive problem, I’m saying that isn’t even China’s real concern. Because there are plenty of people in their industry that work behind computers all day and you can say that is addicting, but they won’t because it’s a job and productive for society. So the ‘electronic drug’ is either all electronics and all computer jobs—-or none. How many people are glued to phones or internet? They obviously have state run media and internet censorship. But how do they control gaming media now? Yep…don’t approve licensing, time limits, facial recognition. Only a matter of time their gaming industry is state run and approved. China is setting the standards for future gaming as more and more authoritarians gain power. They are already taking notes of China’s actions. Control gaming---check!

  16. The sad truth is that this is in regards to studios in China. China is notorious for poor treatment of their citizens and are very strict when it comes to video games. I wouldn't doubt it's partly due to China's rules that have caused issues for many of these studios. A lot of them may be legit studios trying to make good games, but doing so in China is kinda a lose lose situation.
