Anyway, may as well get back on topic now. Like others such as @Yaramaki, @kingpotato and @Reality vs Adventure have said, I'm not really big into multiplayer anymore. I enjoy a compelling story as a empowering yet relatable character more than I do playing multiplayer. Multiplayer is always a nice option, but if that's all the game rally has to offer than as soon as people move on from it, the game is worthless. Without a story mode, a game will just fizzle out and not leave a lasting impact.

I got lucky and found mine on Craigslist. The price was great considering that it came with 3 games as well. There's a lot of them being sold on CL, but you're going to have to weed through a lot of bullshit posts to find the one legit one. I contacted someone about a PS5 before I got the one that I have now, and they straight up told me that they were a scalper. I told them to piss off and blocked them. I'll do without before I buy ANYTHING from a damn scalper.

I do agree that it's unlikely a game publisher would have grounds nor would they bother suing cheaters, but cheating in games can definitely have a detrimental effect on a game's revenue, especially these days. Legitimate players, and they would make up the vast majority of players, wouldn't want to keep playing the game and thus wouldn't buy battle passes, microtransactions and all that other live service garbage. Then there's the reputation hit that could affect affect the success of future releases. So yes, cheating can affect a revenue quite badly.

I don't know if they like or not, but they don't do anything about it. It's 100% legal and you pay the subscription all the same.

Playing 11 hours in a day will burn me out no doubt. Even though, I love playing as much as I can but 11 hours is beyond limit for me.

Yeah the new Jumanji movies are not really based on a real videogame, I mean sure the topic of the movie is that they are trapped in a videogame unlike the original Jumanji movie were they were trapped in a boardgame. But Rampage is based on a real videgame that goes as far as back as the arcades and the NES and some sequels on the n64 and the Wii. Btw Im also a fan of the Doom movie, its one of those movies that is so bad thats its good 😆 Yeah I believe he is working as a producer on a movie adaptation for It Takes Two, a great game btw it was game of the year 2021 and it surely earn its place there.

Prey is very intense in its horror and game mechanics, so you know exactly what you're getting into. If you don't have high threshold for fear, don't play the game.

Call of Duty actually used to have stories worth a damn. Black Ops 1 and 2 are fucking great. (3 failed and 4 gave up.) It’s not mutually exclusive.

I personally can't see Abby and Ellie uniting for a common goal, at least no right away, there's too much anger and bitterness between . Something major would have to happen in the game to bring those two together. I can sort of of picture a scenario similar to what @m76 has described, but honestly I'm reluctant to even speculate because the franchise is not built of what people want, it's meant to have an impact, be unforgiving and harsh, much like the games setting. If the horrid behaviour of people with regard to The last of Us Part II proved anything, it's that fans are not ones to listen too.

I don't think voluntarily joining forces would be realistic given their history. The way it could work is if someone does come up with a cure that could be created without killing Ellie, but a rival faction kidnaps her and wants to keep the cure. And through circumstance Abby has to go to another continent to get her back. Most post apocalyptic games like Fallout are set in the US, so it would be nice if a post apocalyptic game was set in an entirely other location for once. It would be a few years after the second, and Abby and Lev would be on separate paths, Abby after loosing everything would be working as a mercenary for hire, thus she'd get the assignment to get Ellie back. Only finding out that it is actually her after accepting the contract. But when she gets to the enemy compound it turns out Ellie already escaped, so Abby has to track her, but Ellie thinks they are tracking her to re-capture her, not to bring her home. Of course the player would again alternate between both characters. At least that's my fan fiction.
