There's already a thread Here on the Tokyo Game Show. It's best suited for discussion on the subject in case you haven't gotten a chance to see it 😊.2 points -
Tokyo Game Show 2022

Kojima teased this: https://novicegamerguides.com/news/hideo-kojimas-next-game-teased-by-kojima-productions/ Doesn't tell us much of anything, but I'm guessing it'll have a custom character creator. That's my guess anyway. Or it could be someone with amnesia, and you have to figure out who they are and where they came from. But according to the article it could be the main character of his upcoming horror game starring actress Margaret Qualley. I'm excited to find out more. Oh, and can't not include this: RE Village Gold Edition and Resident Evil 4 trailers.2 points -
Gambling
melanie_marie27 reacted to Jayson for a topic
Casinos and small gambling places are designed so the house always wins. In that case, do you feel this is moral? Is it wise to visit these places? Well, some look with disgust as often hard-earned money is thrown away. Anyway, supporters of gambling simply believe money is something that people are free to do what they want with without moral lecturing. Also, they see it as entertainment.1 point -

Tokyo Game Show 2022
killamch89 reacted to Knight Plug for a topic
I'll give it one last chance at the Game Awards. But it's boring seeing these so-called leakers saying the same things. It's as if one rumour ends, only for another one to fall into place. It's to the point where I can still remember being excited for last year's Tokyo Game Show for the same reason, only to feel it was a colossal waste of time. God, time really does fly. That really doesn't even feel like it was a whole year ago. But indeed, it was.1 point -

Honestly, I don't really think they have any new plans for developing a new Silent Hill game. Forget all the rumours and crap going on online, if there was anything concrete for a while now, we would have seen it. I no longer have any exception on it.1 point -
The Worst Gaming franchises out of these games?

It's a hard question. Lung cancer will kill me slowly. Heart cancer will kill me quickly. And Brain cancer wouldn't affect me. I'll pick NBA2k.1 point -
Do you listen to video game soundtracks outside of gaming?
Heatman reacted to NightmareFarm for a topic
Yeah, it scratched the DOOM itch since Eternal came out 2 years prior. Very pretty environments and fun mechanics. I wish it was a little longer though and that you could replay it in missions rather than having to play the entire game all over again. I would rate it a 7.5/10 myself. Also have you heard about Evil West? The same developers that made SW3 are releasing that in November.1 point -

You're right about that!! I could easily rate the game at least 8/10 with how good it was enjoyable to play in just about everything in the game.1 point -

What game broke you of completing all side quests?
Heatman reacted to The Blackangel for a topic
RDR2. There's the trapper requests, and I can't do it. The reason why, is because for a few articles of clothing that he can make, it requires rats. One hat requires ten rat pelts, and another requires a single rat pelt. I will never harm or kill a rat. They are sacred animals to me, so I no longer try to complete all side quests. I complete as much and as many as I can. But there's a limit to what I will do.1 point -

I can't wait for October 28th 2022 for the release of RE Village Gold Edition. The Winters Expansion looks solid and it looks like they have done a decent job with it.1 point -
Songs that quickly make you change the channel
Akun reacted to melanie_marie27 for a topic
I agree. Pop music is pretty good as long as it's more from the old days like you said, Brit and MJ.. and Jessica Simpson sings a great one called "Where you Are" .. I remember it so well. Today's pop is blah, never listen to it.1 point -
Sea Game
Heatman reacted to melanie_marie27 for a topic
That sounds like so much fun. I love underwater anything. I've been into fishkeeping for over 20 years now (freshwater). Right now I have 1 big Oscar fish (very difficult fish to care for, everything needs to be just so) and one Betta. I love Bettas, always seem to have one. At one point, I had 10 of them, all lined up on my dresser in separate tanks, of course.1 point -

Heatman reacted to runswithspatulas for a topic
we had daily and weekly side quests on fortnite but i finally gave up trying to do them because i couldn't just go do them. i spent too much time trying to not get shot and then i'd either die or storm was on me so no quests accomplished. someone told me to try it in team rumble which was a ridiculous idea. i finally gave up.1 point -

Mostly songs I have little interest in, like rap or reggae. I don't mind bubblegum pop songs because I grew up with them, but many of the so-called "pop songs" today feel so generic and stale. Where's the energy in them? Where's the adrenaline that makes me want to dance? They're certainly no MJ or Britney.1 point -
YES!!!! WWE Smackdown Here Comes the Pain is one of the best WWE/Wrestling games out there. Hands down one of the best. I really need to replay that game, maybe I'll get emulate it and stream it somehow. I miss the days of playing it. The current WWE games don't even come close to it.1 point

When I used to play Call of Duty a lot in the past, I would often yell at other players. I'd swear at them often and act like an asshole pretty much. I miss the randomness of public game lobbies, but I don't miss the arguments and whiney teens we used to play against all the time. Now days I don't play COD as much, and when I do, I don't have my mic in. And if I hear any loud and obnoxious people, I'll just mute them in game.1 point

I can't give a specific song, but I can definitely give a few genres. Bubblegum Pop Country Literally everything from the 90's with no more than two mainstream exceptions I've always listened to underground music and and 80's rock.1 point -

I selected all because they all have the same fundamental problem, their all greed over everything else. I agree with @Heatman, it's borderline pointless even discussing them anymore. We all know that their same games every year, we all know that loaded with bullshit monetisation and we all know the fanbase will buy them anyway. To hell with them.1 point

I came across a well detailed article on GameRant about the best Mods on Skyrim which you can use specifically on Xbox Platform. You can have a better look at all of them and decide which one's to make use of. https://gamerant.com/skyrim-best-xbox-mods/1 point

Games you wanted to play, and then changed your mind about?

I got Skyrim and played it some and then just decided I wasn't interested. I don't like gory games.0 points -
I wasn’t really referring to the current inflation, just more of general inflation since the early 90’s. $70 in 1992 is different from $70 in 2022.0 points

I still haven't played it. Even downloaded it on Game pass when it was on there, but didn't play it once. I think I need to get friends involved in order for me to play a beat em up like this. I don't like playing them alone, because the experience is for sure heightened with a friend or more. Maybe it'll come back to gamepass one of these days and I'll replay it then.0 points

Nintendo's consoles vs. Nintendo's handhelds.
Heatman reacted to runswithspatulas for a topic
And those things aren't cheap either. I don't wanna get them because once they decide they're done with it, then I've wasted $500 on something I can no longer use? I'm sorry but that seems like an awful thing to force gamers to do. This is an expensive hobby and they should be more respectful of the time and money we put into it.0 points
