So a lawyer would need to prove that this contraception was improperly designed and did not contain sufficient foam blocks for padding? Is Twitchcon culpable or is the vendor who brought this in culpable? Btw, I've see these devices at gymnasiums and birthday parties all the time, I've never been interested in trying.

I have no law background but I assume she could sue for inadequate padding, lack of safety and proper protocols, better known as negligence and misrepresentation, perhaps. She and anyone else participating likely had to sign a waiver absolving the venue from any lawsuits and damages but I am not sure the validity of waivers. What she has in her favor is the location of the Twitchcon - California - which is the most pro-customer/consumer state in the USA so there are likely a lot of laws that would make it possible for her to sue and win, tbh.

The intention of the new contests are to offer additional ways for members to earn points. We had two additional moderators, but they did not work out for a variety of reasons. We will be looking to add at least one new moderator by the end of 2022, but we are going to take our time in identifying and vetting potential candidates. I have your interest notated from our previous conversations.
