In my opinion, a game with 70% rating isn't a bad one, in fact it's good from all angles. It's when you get the ratings at below 50%, then it's crap.

You're right buddy. Both the gameplay, and story elements should be superb. I can't play a game in which the story mode is poorly written, or constantly repetitive of few sentences xD.

When I was 13 I saw a girl I liked swearing up a storm because she was losing at a game.  How she didn't get tossed from that Toys 'R Us is a mystery to me.

It's actually why I prefer playing all my games making use of my headphones in order to avoid disturbing others.

Exactly - I believe that there are some gaming actions and decisions that can't be linked to one's real life behavior because it's practically two different phases of operation.

Well said, the user doesn't know as he is going, he is learning. If he is eager to take it high, then he should always be strong during failures and learn what caused him failures never to repeat it anymore.

Exactly - you can't keep running all the time, so you have to at a point make a last stand.

One of the developments that's been a serious issue in the gaming industry is having to deal with a toxic community which we have had so much for so long now. Take a look at how toxic Fortnite community is which most people tend to walk away from as it's not a healthy community in terms of having your peace of mind.
So, with all that being said, this community Epal ; if it offers what they quote to offer, it's definitely going to run over with lots of gamers looking for where they would have peace of mind and feel at home.
Ps. Epal coming with an app of their own, is one sure way to making it very easy and user friendly to access the site/community.

Yes, we all had those games, where 2 minutes into the game and you already know it is a lost
cause, because your teammates just can’t help but rage like a 3-year-old baby.
Gaming is supposed to be fun; it is really a waste of time to be arguing with these idiots. Yet you
need to since you want to stop your support from walk down the mid lane to feed 20 times.
This is where Epal.gg comes in. Every single person on Epal.gg is ready to game and hangout,
and mostly importantly, they aren’t toxic! They will work with you in-game, they can pick
whatever character you want them to pick, they will back you up in-game, and they can even
verbally defend you when there is toxic waste in your game.
So yeah, it is very useful if you want a complete experience without any negativity.
Give it a try at www.epal.gg

Twisted Metal, Tony Hawk and Gran Turismo are great game series and have inspired a lot of games in their genre.

There's a number of options I resort to:
Et Tu, Brute Force? Butting your head against a wall until it comes down still brings the wall down. Sometimes it works to just keep trying over and over again with sheer determination. This can also include lowering the difficulty. I had to do this with Tyranny because of its frightfully unintuitive combat (yet another RPG that thinks it's being clever re-inventing d20 combat), going from what should've been fine on Normal mode as a now experienced CRPG player to Story Mode, which somehow manages to occasionally wipe out my party. Live to Fight Another Day. Something video games do well, and sometimes don't do well, is the presentation of combat. Why is every bandit itching for a fight, to the point where they may try to take someone who has a legendary reputation upon sight, in a world where news travels fast? Why is every beast so hungry its first instinct is to attack someone who is wearing plate mail? This goes for enemies too, but some fights and other perilous situations should be avoided entirely. They may be worth a lot of XP, they may be time-sensitive, but neither mean anything if your avatar is dead. Do a tabletop, say nope.avi, and decide to power up elsewhere. Withywarlock's Diplomatique. If tabletop gamers talked to each other about a problem, there'd be 85% less forum posts about tabletop drama and questions for game masters. Likewise, 85% more games with dialogue options would be better if I could talk or bribe my way past an enemy or situation. I'd even be for a game where I can talk a crevasse being easier to bound, or a door into opening (which technically exists with knock spells and such if they have vocal components). Given you reach godlike levels (if only in theme and lore rather than mechanics) in many video games, it'd be nice for you to actually have such mythical powers, to be completely convincing in all things. It's overpowered, but that's the whole point of reaching godly levels. Alternatively I could just save scum.

You can't exactly play properly in 2nd person. It's more of a mirror of yourself, so you're like watching yourself play while the character is looking at you. Usually only see 2nd person shots in gameplay editing.

@Shagger has hit the nail on the head, as to why this wouldn't work out in a game title. Some videos on YouTube have explored this concept to give other gamers the chance to experience the sight of second person gaming. Personally? I would always stick with 1st, and it makes aiming at your opponent far easier.

Second person is something pretty much impossible to contemplate in a video game because the 2nd person is the perspective of your subject. In Call of Duty, this would be controlling the game from the view of whoever it was you were trying to shoot, or in something like Assassin's Creed, you'd be trying to control your character from the perspective of the guards. The camera angels you described in a racing game are still third person, just from a different angle. There are video games, especially racers, that have cinematic camera that take the view of how a motorrace looks on TV, for example. That is a second-person perspective, but nobody making a genuine effort to control the game accurately would actually use them. They're just for show.

The title says it all. What about games in second person? Granted there aren't a lot, but if you've played certain racing games you know what it is. First person has you in the drivers seat looking through the drivers eyes. Third person has you out behind the car watching it. But second has you in a spot like you're riding on top of the car. Like I said, there aren't a lot of games that offer a second person perspective, but for the games that do, what is the thought of them? I think it's an interesting option, but can't say I've played enough games with the option to really have an opinion.

That's my strategy - have a small number of weapons that are versatile and cover varying distances and have things like health kits and other essentials stocked up.

As the old boxers used to say - bob n weave. I'll try to avoid battle as much as possible and get some materials so that I can craft some supplies/health kits.
