  1. I played a demo disc that had Viewtiful Joe on it. It was from the PlayStation Underground service, they'd sometimes send demo discs. Well I got one and played the Viewtiful Joe demo on it, and supposedly there was a glitch that causes any inserted memory cards to be erased. So I lost all progress on games I was recently playing, that being GTA San Andreas. I was pissed off. Later on, I found out that Sony was giving away free games to make up for it, but I missed out on the opportunity. I even phoned them up asking about it, but it was too late. 😞
  2. Gaming can regulate or deregulate your mood for sure. Some games, like Dark Souls will stress me and many others out. Some can handle it, some can't. And some games can regulate your mood, or increase it to a happier mood. Gaming in general can be helpful, or it can be stressful. It just depends on the person.
  3. Yeah the Series X is tougher to get. The Series S is mostly attainable. Scalpers still bother with it sometimes, but it seems to be more for the PS5 and Series X and even the Switch yet. The Series S probably isn't worth it to scalpers, considering it's $300 on the market, they probably don't see it as worthy enough to turn a profit.
  4. I almost won something from kool-aid as well. I tried doing the whole point thing they did, but I rarely had enough points to win anything. But I'm pretty sure I won a hat from Kool-aid at one point, but I have since lost it. Would be so cool if I could find that. But yeah, I wanted to get the Gameboys, the other swag and so much more. I think they tried doing an N64 giveaway as well. The good ol days!
  5. I was a Sony boy from my childhood years to most of my teen years. I had a PS1 and PS2 growing up. But, when all of my friends were on Xbox I got a 360 and that was the rest of it. Reason why I got a 360 was because of the price the PS3 came out as. And ever since I kinda went with Xbox. But now that I have a job and can afford other consoles. I may be getting a PS5 and an Xbox Series X eventually. So I'll be back with Sony as well. 🙂

    Among Us on the PC

I haven't played that mode or any of the new modes. I played it when it was just making a comeback, so none of the updates/changes were made to the game since its initial release. It's so cool to see a game that was dead for years, spring back to life and become even more popular.
  7. Right now I have a 3 monitor setup and I love it. I want to add a lot of stuff to my desk though. I have a tablet/laptop combo and I want to get a mount or arm that I can then use that tablet as another screen/computer. I'd also like to add some more lighting on the outside of my desk, so I can add some ambient light behind my monitors.
  8. I'm kinda scared that WWE 2K22 will be a letdown somehow. I'm worried I won't be able to get the controls down and will end up hating it. I hope not. I been reading reviews, and it's kinda mixed. I also heard that EA may take up the development for future games. Not sure how that'd go, but we'll see.
  9. I imagine to play more graphical intensive games, you'd need a better ROM chip to handle it. RAM is easy to sort, as they can add more to their phones quite easily. The CPU or ROM or whatever you call it, is the key item. The better that is, the better the phone will be with graphically intensive games.
  10. Hopefully not WWE 2K20 😄 RPGs are a safe bet, and probably the easiest of the bunch, or so I would imagine.
  11. I'd like to see Sony make their own pro controller like what Xbox did with their elite or pro controllers. I just wish they were priced cheaper. $150+ for controllers sucks. 😞
  12. She ended up getting the Series S if i'm not mistaken. I think she intends to buy the Series X at a later date. But yeah, Series S is affordable, as it's just a digital console, so it usually runs for $300 or so.
  13. I heard the raycon wireless earbuds work with Xbox controllers. I wanted to try it and see how wireless headsets work on consoles, but haven't tried it yet.
  14. There is a clear graphic difference between the two, but we're all so conditioned and used to high def graphics at this point, that it doesn't look that much more impressive. Yeah visuals and graphics are better, but I feel like it's not a big of a deal as it was from the PS2 to the PS3 for example. From that point on, graphics looked great, and still do for many games from that generation. So graphics to me and some others, isn't as impactful as it was when we saw HD graphics the first time on the PS3,360 and so on.
  15. Lighting and graphics issues make sense. For the most part, I don't normally have issues with the skin tones and colors. I mean, they look fine to me when I play. But I guess I see it differently.
  16. Idk, that depends on the person. I wish I could play 20 games a year myself, but I can only stick with a few a year. But, I know people who could easily play 20+ games a year. It's not hard to do, you just have to want to play a lot of games. And of course have the money to support it.
  17. There are times where I'm too stressed out to play, that even games can't bring me out of it. Sometimes when I get really stressed out, I get anxiety even thinking about gaming. It's a weird feeling for me.
  18. I wonder if any of these popular gaming sites have their own books with reviews. I think it'd be cool to see a book from IGN or Gamespot where they list all of their reviews from day one to a certain time.
  19. I wish more Nintendo properties did food branded giveaways. I know they do and have had cereal and other foods branded with Mario for example. But I'd love to see more beverage companies supporting Nintendo with advertising.
  20. What's the longest time you gamed to the point where you lost hours of your time? For me it was mostly games like GTA San Andreas, Vice City, where I would game into the night hours, only to realize it's 2 am and I need to sleep. I don't do that with most games these days anymore.
  21. I wonder what the new Saints Row will do as a reboot. I hope they tie in some of the past games into the story to kinda make it a soft reboot with connections.
  22. I've been trying to unlock stuff in Madden NFL 21, but it seems to take ages to progress. I'm mainly playing franchise mode, so I assume I have to play stuff like their MUT mode or whatever you call it. The one where you get cards for players and have a team based on the cards you have. I hated that mode, people were too competitive and I could never win.
  23. Has anyone tried out those remote claw machines? There are apps where you can pay to try claw machines in Japan and other locations. What you get will be sent to you. I thought it was a cool idea, but the stuff they put in there never seems to be worth the price it is. I think I got free tries when I signed up, but never paid anything else to get more tries.
  24. I do find my phone sometimes gets way too hot if I game on it too long. It's the main reason I rarely game on phones. Plus I can never find games that appeal to me enough to really stick with.
  25. Madden and Fortnite as of late. Will be playing WWE 2K22 in 3 days. Wish the PC version dropped today like the console versions. Hate having to wait a couple days. But, I suppose it's best to see reviews just in case, because if they turn out to be bad, I can always cancel my pre-order.
