Yeah, or just block/mute/mute the whole lobby. Saves time and stress. 😄 If you stick to private chats, it's mostly fine. There are still people in public chats making a fuss, but it's gotten better in recent years. It helps that more people stick to their own private parties these days.

You know what would be cool? If they made a sports game featuring South Park characters. I think it could work, considering so many franchises have tried their own sports games. Mario has many, Simpsons has some, why not a series so rich and full of history as South Park? I doubt they ever would, but I think it'd be a cool twist. 😄

Also, I don't think this was mentioned, but I think Ready of Not is a good option. It's more of a SWAT sim, but I think it works somewhat as a military sim in some regards. It's more sim oriented than it is an action shooter.

I was thinking about getting the Captain America chair, but I chose the Spider-man one instead since I am not that big of a Cap fan. Plus the design for the Spider-Man chair is way better imo. Though I'll admit, it's a bit bright.

Did anyone you guys know try to make up an item you had to find? I knew kids in my school who often made stuff up about the games I wanted and got. THey would say things about secrets in game, and where to find them. But they'd always be trolling. Did you ever encounter that with any school friends growing up?

We'll probably see a trailer next year announcing it. Or maybe in two years. I feel like this game will be a bit of ways off. Like I said 2025-2026 I think. Maybe I'm right, but I'd prefer if it came out a lot sooner.

I've been thinking of looking for really old consoles, like the ones that came out before the NES and I think even the Atari consoles. I know there was a lot of in home consoles that didn't last too long. Think it'd be fun to check some of those consoles out next.

And just wait, the next 4-5 years we may see even more bargain style headsets released. I don't know if VR headsets will reach $100 or below, but you never know. maybe one day they will drop a lot in price.

It's weird seeing younger family experiencing video games for the first time. It's weird to think that some are going to play their first games on a PS4 or a PS5 or any of the newer consoles. My nephew for example grew up on the Xbox One, so his nostalgia will be based off of that time.

Yes and no. More like monster trucks you see at monster truck rallies. Something like the image below. I know we have monster truck games, but I would like to see monster trucks featured in games like GTA more often. Actually, I think GTA has a monster truck or two you can own. Either way, I think having massive trucks like that, that cause real damage in game, would be fun.

Yeah, if they at least give us the option to change the difficulty, that'd be great. I wish I could change the difficulty for games like Dark Souls. I'm horrible with timing, and can't really stick with the games otherwise. But if they added a difficulty toggle, that'd be awesome.

Sadly, most of the games/apps that pay you, don't really give you a whole lot. I tried a game where you could earn tokens to buy cheap things from Amazon. But they were cheap items you can buy for like a few dollars. So it just became a total waste of time.

The oldest games I have a console to play, is the NES. I have some Atari 2600 games, some commodore 64 games, and so on, but I don't have the devices/consoles to play them. So the NES is the oldest console I have that I can still game on.

I'd also add Watch Dogs 2. It's got a pretty decently sized world, and I think it takes place in San Francisco, so it's more realistic as well. I think the first watchdogs took place in Chicago, but I couldn't get into the first one unfortunately.

I've gamed for hours into the night, not realizing how long I had been playing. Some nights I would game until like 2-3 am and I completely lose track of time. It could feel like an hour of gaming, but I'd be gaming for hours.

If it comes to something online, then yes, I'd say that's cheating. I think, as long as it's not causing issues with other players, or it's a single player game, it should be fine. Otherwise, I say make your own private server where you can cheat all you want. I don't mod/cheat in online games, because it's often easy to get caught and systems are also in place to stop hacks/mod programs from being used. Hell, I think if the game launcher finds these hacks/mods, they could ban your account right there. I imagine they have ways to see what you're using in game.

I'm sure it could make it into video game form. But I have a feeling this war in the Ukraine will go fast and hopefully the Ukraine wins their independence back from Russia. They already had it, but now Russia wants it back. But yeah, enough about politics. I'm sure we don't want this turning into a political discussion. Yeah same here. When I can't sleep because of a game, is because I'm hyped up and want to play. It's like my brain is playing it and wants me to just get up and play. It's kinda annoying when it happens.

Oh yeah, Saints Row is a great series. It just doesn't come close to what GTA has to offer. Albeit, GTA doesn't do everything best. Saints Row has it's pros, and in some ways is better. I like the randomness that Saints Row put out there. Because it was what I kinda expected from GTA. A corny, fun game where it was more comedy and action than serious. Once GTA got serious, they lost that aspect of the series.

I never had any problems with kids making fun of me for not having the newest consoles. I was hella jealous of the consoles they had for sure, but I kinda just wanted to focus on the current consoles I had and always hoped we wouldn't get new consoles every 5 years lol. It's hard for a kid to get all the consoles they want, since consoles back then, mostly dropped every 5 years. So once you got one, it was kinda too late sometimes, because the newest console was around the corner.

I'm going to assume it's multiplatform, with Sony probably getting some kind of 30 day exclusivity with DLC and other goodies. But, I could see them going the route of exclusive to Sony, but you can get it on PC as well.

Lazy and greedy is more like it. Lazy in the sense that their gameplay design is dated and due for an update/upgrade. And greedy for focussing on just online and making their game an annoying grind. At least it was for me. Still mad they never did single player DLC. 😞

This reminds me, I should probably get game pass ultimate again. Honestly tempted to play Lawm Mowing Sim just because it looks relaxing to me. Don't judge! 😄 And hell yeah, playing Guardians of the Galaxy on March 10th.

Honestly, I just hope they don't release a broken mess of a game like they are usually known for. Skyrim, Fallout 3, Fallout 4, Fallout 76 all came out messy. Even Skyrim which is a classic, was a broken mess on release, with bugs and glitches galore. I think Bethesda needs to release a game that is free from most bugs and glitches. They can't afford to have another Fallout 76 blunder happen, because that whole release was an utter mess from start to finish. They need to produce quality content and make sure not to release something that's bugged to the brim.

I heard a lot about this game, but never got the chance to play it. Is it as good as people say it is? I'm always reminded of the game Prototype when I hear of inFAMOUS. Surprised they haven't done any sequels since 2014. So it's probably time for a new game to come out.
