Oh its probably mostly coming for windows 11, but there will be support for windows 10 too I guess. Do you guys have any Google play game suggestions?
-
I don't, but i know you can play some games on there. I think Steam helps make it easier for people to play a lot of games. But I also heard that Steam or some other game distributors are looking to remove Mac and Linux support. But I don't know if that's true.

I wouldn't say abysmal by any means considering it was reported that it sold around 1.5 million copies on the PS2, that's not counting the 360 remastered version or the version on Steam, which could be another million or more. It also has a fairly decent cult following, and constantly gets asked about for a sequel every so often. There's been a lot of talk about a sequel, so much in fact that Rockstar was rumored to be working on one before it got scrapped. That's the thing though. When Bully first came out, the media lunged at the name, thinking it would be some kind of game where you'd Bully people. But it turned out to be a game where you mostly fought back against bullies. The name isn't the issue, and I don't think people would take offense to it today given the context. Sadly yes. Which means we may not see any single player games from this studio aside from maybe the next GTA, and we know online will be much of the same. But, I'm still holding out hope that they will make a single player experience in Bully again. But if they do, I know for a fact they'll shoehorn in a multiplayer mode.

Also the Hitman series is another I'd like to add. Mainly the recent 1-3, but blood money had some fun locations. But the newer games exceed the past games with their scale alone.

Do you process games in your subconscious before executing your strategy?

Have you ever written down a plan of attack on a game you want to play? Have you ever planned your playthrough? -
The simple answer is that the gaming industry is constantly growing. With each new console, comes more options for video games. Which means bigger file sizes as we continue to make games look prettier and smoother. COD alone takes up about 200 to half a terabyte or storage alone. Now with 4K being a point or interest, games will continue to grow in size.

Oh of course. Theres a lot of inspiration from real life. Inspired by true events is much different than full on true. Most stories in games and elsewhere are inspired by real life events to some extent.

Im just glad that everything uses the same type of headphone jack for headsets. Makes getting headsets easier as pretty much any 3.5mm headsets should work.

More games should let you remove quests from your quest list
Kane99 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
Also, don't most games with quest lists put the side quests and less important quests in their own menu? Maybe there's a way to just view the main missions only? -
Honestly, unpacking is probably the only new game I played in 2021. Well maybe teardown as well, but I can't think of much else.

Anyone think we're going to get a more in depth gaming trailer? I feel it's a bit late with it coming out in March. We should have more gameplay content by now. Hopefully in the next couple weeks or so.

I wouldn't say that. They'll still be known and Activision blizzard, and from what i heard will continue working as they normally do. Both names still have a lot of importance, so there's no way they will change the names of the company.

I'll add, that I think one thing I hate in some games is being forced to do races or dumb challenges. I remember the just cause games had some awful racing levels. And some of them I think you had to do to 100% it. After the first few races, I realized I hated it and stopped after a few more. Just not worth it if it's not fun.

It is, because there are potential classics that we all missed because a studio went under and the games source code was lost to time, or a studio just didn't make enough copies to keep it around. On top of that, there are also freeware, shareware and other games released for free and possibly gone. It's sad, but there are people out there doing their part to keep the games alive.

Do you find video game reviews or video game essays more insightful?
Kane99 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
Does anyone here write their own journals about games they played? What video games would you was more fun to journal about? -
Best game of the generation so far (PS4/XBox One Era)?
Kane99 replied to DylanC's topic in Gaming Forum
I think I've only played moto gp games via demo or elsewhere. I never owned one or recall playing one otherwise. 😞 -
What makes a good video game trailer or teaser?
Kane99 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
To some people sure. But the trailer that should sell a game, is one that shows what you're getting. That's why I don't like cinematic ones, because they give you the wrong picture. They may give you story, but it doesn't show the gameplay. Now, if they mix cinematic with gameplay, then awesome. But cinematic trailers alone don't paint the picture needed I think. -
Damn, that's scary. I've never met anyone who was so addicted they needed help. But there are for sure people out there who do need help.

What types of vehicles do you want to see more of in games?
Kane99 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
One thing I'd add, is probably all the vehicles and space vehicles in star wars and star trek. Idk being able to fly everything would be pretty dope. -
Ubisoft VP says gamers are just dumb for not welcoming NFTs
Kane99 replied to m76's topic in Gaming News
The reason we're so hesitant about nfts, is that we know the gaming industry will find ways of abusing it and gamers will end up being screwed over in some way. It just feels like that's the course things will take. -
Yeah I really need to start purchasing from GOG instead of steam. I'm guess I'm just so used to buying from one place that I forget gog is a viable option.

Narrative based games are my jam. If it doesn't involve me doing a ton to advance the story, I'm good. This looks pretty good.

Who or what studios would you like to see work on a Harry Potter game, or even a HP MMO?
-
Yeah, you don't have to be a fan of pro wrestling to get into wrestling games. I know people who love WWF No Mercy or WCW Vs NWO Revenge on the n64, and they can't stand wrestling otherwise.
