With how dumb the names have been for Xbox consoles, it got me thinking, how dumb of a name do you think the next Xbox will get? Maybe it's Xbox Two? Maybe Xbox Super Series. Xbox 360 2. lol Idk, I can't think of what they could go with next. What do you guys think?

The game is very similar to the classics, but with better controls. As well, the newer games tend to be a lot easier, as there is an option to follow certain leads to get a certain kill. It kind of takes away from learning the maps. But, you can turn that option off.

It could be due to money, but I think it's more to do with the fact that Game Pass is taking over, so maybe they're going to just drop the program soon. They could easily add these in with Game Pass each month or something.

Can you still buy digital games on the Wii? I ask because I noticed that they still release some games on the Wii as well, even to this day. Stuff like Just Dance I think is what releases. Anyway, does the Wii still have access to their marketplace? Or has that since been closed down?

Not sure I could make a game for just that amount. $100,000 is a lot, but I don't know if I could make a game with just that amount. I would like to, but I don't have the knowledge. If I had the knowledge, maybe it's a possibility. If I could, I would probably make a stealth game. Not sure on the theme or settings, but stealth for sure.

Most likely still Cyberpunk 2077 and maybe Phasmophobia. I'm looking forward to Hitman 3 and Back 4 Blood currently. Not sure what else I'll be playing in 2021.

Usually the mom & pop shops have more games to choose from and often times cooler stuff. I wish there was more gaming stores around me. I think we still have a gamestop around here, but I think the other gaming stores have closed, or they're further away from where I live. 😞

I imagine betting on esports is already high up there. I suppose with the pandemic, we may see a rise in online betting, especially when it comes to esports. Not sure I would want to put bets on esports players. I feel it'd be more risky than betting on sports or something else.

That's probably why they have caused confusion with their console names in recent years. The Xbox One was a dumb choice imo. People at the time, suggested just calling it Xbox. Which I think they should have done. It would make it easier for consumers to know what they're getting and it'd sell a lot easier too I imagine. I just think, it would be a good idea for them to call the new console something else, maybe just Xbox like I said. Or call it Xbox 4 or something.

When it comes to buying video games from in-store locations, do you tend to go to the usual Gamestop, or do you prefer to go to those mom & pop style gaming stores, usually stores run by an individual or a family. I wouldn't mind having my own video game store, but not anything to do with Gamestop, as I wouldn't want to deal with the people running the company. So, if I were to ever start my own store, it would be my own, and not part of Gamestop. Anyway, where do you prefer to purchase your games between these stores? Or maybe you like other big name gaming stores out there.

Have you ever tried to bid on a really high priced game on Ebay? Did you win the bidding war? Or did you lose out to a bot or someone else? I never tried to bid on any rare games, but I did try to bid on some albums like 10 years ago lol. I was never one for bidding on stuff though. But, I know a lot of gamers love to collect and they will be going through ebay to get some of those rarer games. With that being said, has anyone here won a bidding war for a rare and expensive game? If so, what game(s) did you end up getting?

So I saw an article earlier about 9 dumb ways to die in video games, that you can read here - GameSpew The article above basically goes over the dumb ways you can die in a game, and it starts off simple, like falling off the map, friendly fire, etc. But what are some not on this list and ones you remember happening when you died in a game? I can't count how many times I've died in dumb ways. Recently I was playing Cyberpunk 2077 and didn't notice there was explosions everywhere, even though I can scan the area. I saw some explosions, but what I didn't see, was mines laying about. So I went in there like an idiot and started popping off people. I stepped on a mine, and had no idea why I died so quick. Reloaded the checkpoint and finally figured it out. But yeah, I've died for dumber reasons. Like walking up to an enemy to stealth kill him, and then he immediately turns around to kill me. Fun times. Anyway, do you remember a time you died in game that was dumb or even funny?

Looks like someone released a 3rd person mod for Cyberpunk 2077, and it doesn't look that great lol. Don't get me wrong, it looks like it works, but it's clear that the animations weren't meant to be seen. Check the video on how to install it below, where it shows some of the mod in action.

If EA jumping into the game pass fray wasn't enough, Ubisoft may also be joining forced with Xbox and their game pass service, by adding their own sub service, known as Ubisoft+. If this is to be true, this will be a big addition to Xbox's catalog of games and will be a big deciding factor for many gamers in deciding Game Pass or not. Personally, I think this is the best deal in gaming, especially if they include Ubisoft+. This could mean more services like it will be joining gamepass, and for only $15 a month, you're really getting a huge bargain. What do you guys think? I remember Kung Fu. Another game I just remember, was The Wrath of Manta on the NES. I don't recall if it was any good though. But it's a game I have in my collection, so I might have to play it. I think I played a king of fighters game back on the ps2, but I forget. I'll for sure have to check it out though. I love Sleeping Dogs. It's one of my favorite games from the past gen before ps4 and xbone. I need to replay it, as I have the remastered version on Xbox one and haven't touched it yet. Played the 360 years ago though.

I don't frequently purchase codes from third party sits/vendors. There's no knowing where the codes came from previously. I have used CD keys, G2A and a couple other sites, but I try not to use it often for the reasons mentioned above. I just don't want to risk purchasing a game and in turn, getting my account banned. I heard horror stories about how some people were affected by buying codes from some sites. My best suggestion. When you do buy from these sites, make sure you purchase from people with high ratings. Anyone new is a potential risk, so buy from established and known vendors only.

I don't know about that, as you still have PES (Pro Evolution Soccer) from Konami that still seems to come out yearly. I don't think EA owns any other licenses aside from the NFL. But I could be wrong. Oh of course, I'm mainly referring to a possible football game, without the NFL license. But, I should note, that EA has the license to make simulation style NFL games. There was talk a while back, that 2K was actually working on arcade and mobile NFL games. Which means we could see another game from 2K. Sadly, this means we'd get an arcade like game over a sim game, so it wouldn't be as realistic to Madden. Madden at this point, has become an arcade game anyway. Anyway, I would welcome a new football game, minus the NFL license. I just want something I can fully customize to what I want. Let people make the NFL teams if they want, like All Pro Football 2K8 did in some regards. I could see it working really well.

I would love for them to focus on of some of their other games. I wouldn't mind another Bully game and more GTA. A new Max Payne would be awesome too. Forgot about Max Payne. MP3 was pretty decent, and I could see a 4th game in the series doing well on new gen consoles.

Technically uploading roms is more illegal. You can legally make a backup of a rom, but once you upload it online, you could get in trouble. That's why a lot of rom sites have been forced to remove roms, because of them letting people download that content, is technically theft. A lot of companies may still own copyright of those games, and some may even have them available for sale on digital marketplaces.

To me retro games will never die, but these days it feels like retro games are mostly forgotten, at least when it comes to kids these days. Most teens these days don't even know most of the retro consoles. And I understand that's just the nature of the world as we get old. But a lot of retro games are sill popular to this day, and yet kids want to play stuff like GTA or Fortnite. Anyway, do you think that one day, retro games as we knew them, will be forgotten?

Do you guys think we'll ever see another competitor to Madden NFL from EA? I have hopes of one day seeing a slew of Football games out again on the market, but with EA owning the license for now, for the simulation style of football, no one else can make NFL games in that style. Anyway, will EA ever drop the license and allow other studios to make NFL games? Or will we have to go back to NCAA or even stuff like All pro football 2K8? I just want something different.

Do you guys remember when gaming mags allowed you to put orders in for exclusive products? I remember some magazines would have exclusive rights to sell some games and give away certain gaming memorabilia. I miss those days where you could get exclusive stuff no one else could elsewhere. I remember you could put an order in for random things, but I sadly never took advantage. Do you guys remember getting any cool games, swag, and other stuff from gaming magazines back in the day? And I'm not referring to demo discs though.

Star Citizen has been in development forever, but fans are still supporting it to this day, as the current crowdfunding totals have amassed over $340 million. Yes, you read that right. Star Citizen has yet to release, but seems to be in a beta state at this time. How much more money do you think this game will make before it finally releases? What are some good karate/kung fu style games? I mainly remember stuff like Ninja Gaiden, but that's really all I ever played. I played some fighting games. What are some of the best ones worth playing? Maybe it's a popular fighting game, or an action adventure game where your fighting skills related to it. What are some games where your character can do karate or kung fu or any type of martial arts?
