  1. Yeah it is taking quite a while for them. Hope they finish it soon. But then again I hope they don't rush it either. Sounds like they're giving them all the time they need to make this game. I hope they use all they can to make the best game they can make.
  2. I prefer my foreign games to use the language they are known for. So if it's a Japanese game, I want the cast speaking Japanese. I can read subtitles no problem. But I hate hearing American voice overs for games and movies alike.
  3. Did you ever play the Star Wars mods for Battlefield 1942 and battlefield 2 I think it was? They are pretty decent mods that make battlefield into a star wars game. I helped host an event where we played it with a community I work for. Was pretty fun. I played the first battlefront game, but didn't play much of it. I think it was on the PS2.
  4. Oh for sure. There will always be those that aren't good with certain depictions. And they have every right to ban those games until it's changed. Every country differs in their beliefs and if there is something they take offense to, we need to respect that. Otherwise those games won't do well in those countries.
  5. I've always wanted to utilize mods in skyrim. I have it on Xbox gamepass, I wonder if i could mod it through that. But anyway, I remember they made a mod with Macho Man Randy Savage as the dragons. So it would have audio queues from Savage, and it even has his hat and other parts of his outfit. I always thought it was a funny mod, and whenever I do eventually get to modding skyrim, that's one of the mods I will try if possible. As for others I know they have mods for better textures, water, etc. Isn't there a mod marketplace you can view on your Xbox version of skyrim? I would imagine so. I've never tried though, so can't say for sure.
  6. Inside came out on gamepass recently, and i kinda view those games in a similar fashion. I may download Inside to finally give it a go. Wonder if Little Nightmares is on gamepass or will ever be added to gamepass. I would like to finally play the game, but I don't know if I want to pay for it.
  7. I wasn't too fond of the C4, but then again I didn't play Fortnite too much when they had C4. I'm really getting a kick out of the nimbus cloud. I'm done with the kamehameha blast, but it comes in handy sometimes. I finally opened Vader on this battle pass. Don't much care for the extra skins you can unlock. They're just color variants and I am not particularly interested in them.
  8. I've probably said this a couple times already, but I think Largo Winch on the PS1 is awful. It's up there with the worst I think. The main thing is that not many people know about it. It's based off of a show that didn't seem all to popular either.
  9. Honestly I can't really say. Cyberpunk 2077 would be a favorite as even though it was a bugged mess, I still had fun. Still haven't beaten it yet. I'd also add sniper elite 5 I think it was. That was okay. Unpacking, powerwash sim as well, maybe. As for bad games, idk. I don't really have any bad games in recent memory. I usually skip most games that get bad reviews or I just get gamea from gamepass, and some of those games probably released before 2020.
  10. 7 is a good age to start, but I think there are many who start younger. I believe I started when I was 3 and I got my nephew to start gaming around 3 or 4 I'd say. He didn't learn how to play until around 7 and up though, so maybe that's the best time they retain their gaming skills.
  11. I would have to say Silent Hill 2, as it has some of the most unnerving atmosphere in games. From the red rusty hell you end up in, to the damp dark abandoned buildings. On top of that you will find annoying screeching mannequin like monsters and the industrial and somber music from Akira Yamaoka. I've never beaten it myself, but did watch a playthrough of it years ago and it is a fun, yet haunting experience. And from what I did play, it was tough.
  12. https://www.sknr.net/2022/08/25/atari-and-butcher-billy-announce-nft-collaboration/ Eh, another NFT story for ya, not sure I am too psyched about this. Atari (not the one we all grew up with) is teaming up with an artist known as Butcher Billy to create NFTs around popular Atari games. They will also give away a free metaverse experience and also include a 1-888 interactive hotline you can call. Weird I know. Just feels like another cash grab by the new Atari. First the Atari VCS being a failure at this point and now they want to try jumping into NFTs. Probably going to end up failing.
  13. I think there are a few Twitch streamers who are on 24/7. Some even stream while sleeping. I don't know if I could do that myself. I mean, if it paid me somehow, I would for sure consider it, but I doubt people want to watch me stream 24/7, my life is pretty boring honestly lol. I've considered streaming, but I don't know what I would do. I don't think I could do a just chatting stream or anything like that. I would maybe do streams on video games and maybe old VHS style content like commercials.
  14. I'm not too into most Disney properties, at least in video game form. I kinda like the idea of a sim like game in the Disney world, but to me it just looks mediocre. But then again, I don't really see myself playing something like this anyway.
  15. It's not something I really need, but I would love to own one. I could live without it though, as I honestly wouldn't use it that much I think. Since I got a gaming PC, I found I haven't had much interest in console gaming these days. Everything seems to be coming to PC anyway, I just don't see the point so much.
  16. I feel like each Just Cause game has the same exact story. A monster dictator is in power, destroy all of his territory until you take it all out. They haven't changed much since Just Cause 2. The rest add a few things here and there, but that's about it. The story in the games are always forgettable imo.
  17. The Bevis and Butthead game was kinda bad though wasn't it? It's still Beavis and Butthead though, so I still thought it was funny at the time. Especially since the show was so popular back then. Also wasn't there a game called Boogerman? I think that was another fun one.
  18. One of my other favorite gaming memories, was back playing my nieces and nephews in video games when they were too young to play. Instead of giving them a controller that is plugged in, I would play and make them think they were playing. It always works when they're young enough, but it's also fun when they realize you haven't been plugging it in and they start to catch on. Fun times. 😄
  19. It's definitely not for us. I also can't use it, because i'm over the weight limit, so even if I had the money to get one, I wouldn't be able to use it until I lost some weight. I wonder if they could increase the weight limit one day though. 😄
  20. I don't know. I feel like you could do a lot of different things in a BB world. It's not like it has to be a BB game, but be in the BB world. Kinda like how Better Call Saul is. They could easily make a spin-off game taking place in this world. It's not like it has to involve drug making and killing people. It could be many things. It could be a story driven game like what Telltale games does. Usually yeah. But there has been better adaptations as of late when it comes to stuff based off of other things.
  21. If it counts, I would say maybe going to midnight releases for some of the COD games. I probably went to two or three midnight releases for COD titles. I remember each time was quite fun, as the local gamestop would bring free pizza and you could do some gaming, purchasing, etc. I guess you could say we joined a hype train for that. I haven't done a midnight release in a long time though.
  22. A lot of parents do, but they're just old and don't know any better haha. I want to get my dad to try something like the newer Gran Turismo games. I kinda want to get him a racing setup, with a racing wheel and brakes, and maybe a gaming chair as well. I think he'd have a blast playing some of the popular racing games with a racing wheel.
  23. I really should look into playing some of the recent hunting games. Last hunting game I played a lot of, was one of the Cabela games on the PS2. I tried one on the 360, but it was either a demo or I played maybe 10-30 minutes tops. Honestly, you could play Red Dead Redemption 1 and 2 and just do hunting exclusively. You might have to play some of the way through the game, but I could see some people really playing the hell out of the hunting and fishing side of RDR 2. I know RDR1 has hunting to some extent. At least I think so. It's been a long time since I last played.
  24. For sure. This is not made for the general public or gamers in general. This is more geared to someone who wants to run a arcade like company, where they have other gaming devices like this. I know there's that omni VR tool so you can walk in games, and there are all kinds of other VR and AR arcade machines out there. This would probably be used at like Disney or something.

    MultiVersus

I wouldn't say it was bad, I just couldn't get into it. I don't have the patience when it comes to fighting games for the most part. Learning combos, and all that stuff, was never my thing. I did it for MK back in the day, but didn't do it for later fighting games I played. I just don't see myself playing it for long. But for someone who's into games like smash bros, or fighting games in general, you'll probably enjoy it.
