  1. Looks like there's a lot of appeal to go retro style. Despite all the latest technology, I wonder if this becomes a trend.
  2. I read a lot of Hardy Boys growing up too. I don't even know how many of those books I read. One of my favorite books was Treasure Island. I read it a couple times. I don't have a ton of comics, but sure do love to read them online. I mostly own GI Joe comics. I'm a huge fan and collector. And I've been reading a new book series Malazan Book of the Fallen. It's a pretty good read.
  3. I've never been a morning person and love to sleep in. Even in high school, I was late to school every day and they finally put me in In School Suspension where I could no longer go to my regular classes. I had to sit with trouble makers in detention all day. Then I was late every day there too, and they would give me an extra day every time I was late. I spent my entire high school in detention till my mom finally withdrew me from public school to do homeschooling. And I was on the Dean's list in college. How about that. But since I hate waking up in the mornings, I've mostly worked night shift jobs. But I found that if I am on vacation somewhere, or even camping out, I would wake up at the break of dawn. As soon as that sun rises I hop out of bed to enjoy the day. So for me, what gets me out of bed is beautiful nature.
  4. Damn; that looks good! I want to see them get cut down with a freakin cleaver. I like how the zombie threw a brick. That is creepy!!!
  5. It's cool you like anime. Actually, what's cool is that you aren't afraid to like something and show it. You've got personality. 😀 I miss that in people
  6. Take me to a village, take me to the tops of a city. Let me smell pigs roasting in a camp fatigued with war. Sail me to an island more violent than the next. Sail me to peace. How did I find this life I live? Was I a sin and tossed over a cliff? Was I raised Spartan, and bled all over the bottom of the cliff? Take me and raise me again. All I know is death now and I'm looking for yours. You cruel bastard. I walk the deserts and sail the wind. I steal. I'm in a gang now in skyscraper valley. I don't know anymore if this is modern or way back. My wrist blade hasn't changed. It's sharp as ever. I need to leave this past or I will bleed out in my mental machine. Pain drives me. Vengeance drives me now. But I am forgiving. Your death will be you're sorry. Gods be with me. I sail Norway. I sail Greece. I walk the sands in Egypt. I stalk cities. What day is this. It's your day. You never even saw it.
  7. The creed is my sickness; the creed is my life; black vines tangle my heart as I have to kill again. I know taking a life is wrong, but they forfeit theirs; I know my life is wrong. So I forfeit it. Welcome to the brotherhood. Here you have a home. Welcome to stealth. Lose yourself. There is good, to counter the bad. There is bad..to counter the bad. Where I stand, is a blade looking down on you, dripping, dripping...dripping brick red.
  8. I have it on ps2 and played act 1. I've been thinking about it and want to give it a try again on ps4. Anyone play the HD version? Much of a difference? A game like that doesn't really outdate graphically. So should I bust out the ps2 or push my memory storage in the ps4 up the wuubong to play in HD? I've got that sudden urge to play it again. It was very pretty on the ps2.
  9. I've noticed that when I search for a topic, many times there are no results when I know there is a topic on it. Most recent is Mad Max I was looking for and nothing comes up. I know I posted that title myself in the past. So I don't think the search tool is working properly.
  10. It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia The Detour What We Do In The Shadows
  11. Elder Scrolls 10 will probably be out by then!!!
  12. I'm really impressed by AC Syndicate. Nobody ever talks about it anywhere, but it is a little gem of a game. All AC games are, but this setting in late 1800's London is pretty remarkable. I did my first dreadful crime investigation and it was pretty good! The parkour is fun using the rope launcher all across the cityscape. And when you go for a stroll, layered clothing as the Euros do, down the city block, rain falling, gloomy fog, drunkards and hungry children on the corner, street brawl a goon, walk by another and stick em in the throat and keep walking without a ruffle, puddles in cobblestones reflecting street lights, carriages; then you know you are close to a templar.
  13. I've got one: what about the Rothschild owning every central bank and pretty much controlling the world for their profits. Every war, every financial crash, politics, government, they control it all. And I think that is a separate thing from the Iluminati. Imagine thinking everything we do, everything that happens, every war the past few hundred years was created by the Rothschild. I don't believe it, but I have no doubts there are people who get rich from war and have the means to try and create one.
  14. Streaming will end up being like what happened to music where everyone at one point found a place to download what you want for free. Musicians at least have concerts to make money, but imagine the toll that would take on the gaming industry if a bunch of sites provided it for free illegally. Remember those crazy lawsuits of music streamers having to owe thousands of dollars for illegally streaming music? Maybe the gaming industry will have tighter control over it due to the number of consoles you own and it being registered. Maybe that's where the music industry got burned, because it's not like stereos we're registered to music sites.
  15. I've reached ***350 hours*** in Assassin's Creed Odyssey a couple days ago. That's a year and a half playing it. I've only explored around 55% of the map. I have a good long journey to go.
  16. I played the hell out of The Godfather. I thought it was pretty awesome. But I didn't have much to compare it to during the time I played it. But that snow globe would be a muddy bloody Christmas!
  17. Humans actually look like that in rural Texas. I forgot about Skull and Bones! I was looking forward to it. It's lost in game space along with Dying Light 2. I heard gossip of Horizon Forbidden West maybe not being released till 2022.
  18. This is fast becoming one of my favorite games ever played. It is a very spiritual game. And not in the sense of religion or anything. But for me spiritual is bringing me down to Earth; pulling me in with nature. It has such a unique take on gaining abilities and gear. I'm in aww with the scenery. It just looks magical. I can put the scene in photo mode and stare as if it's a meditating video. The whole setting really does bring out the honor and spirit of your inner warrior. I think the game reflects such a unique culture.
  19. Bosses are at the top of the hierarchy in their own territory or domain. They are a branch of the tree. At the top is the final boss. But I think that final boss should be called something else. Cause it's no boss. It doesn't answer to anyone above. Final boss should be called death match. Cause it's the end of it all. Win or lose. Since we can play over and over till we win, the death match really refers to the last enemy. Cause they'll die. But regular bosses may be called that because like in jobs, or a racket, they are just part of something bigger. Your link refers to the final boss being a dragon. That could work calling them a dragon, since dragons don't answer to any other.
  20. I've been waiting for that Dying Light too. RE8 I bet is gonna be scarrrryyy. RE7 is going to be hard to beat. That may have been their best one so far. I'm really looking forward to Horizon Forbidden West. Biomutant looks interesting.
