  1. I've never owned an Xbox so my opinion is only what I have seen the past few years or read. Playstation has excellent exclusives and overall a greater variety of games, at least in the past generations it did. Xbox seems to please customers with better access to purchasing digital games and the advantage of sharing with PC. Playstation seems to have better picture color and Xbox has had darker picture quality.
  2. That seems like an issue you should ask a doctor about. I wouldn't leave it unchecked. Because how do you know it won't happen when you drive?
  3. That's an interesting idea, but I'm definitely more a hands on learner. I have to physically go through it to grasp it. A lot of times when people describe something they sound like pigeons squaking. All I want to do is toss them pieces of bread and see what they do.
  4. I finally figured out why republicans are pushing for the ban on abortions. Most of us don't actually realize the reason for it and think that it is all based on religion and republicans giving the illusion they care about life. This isn't even about religion at all, even though it's a good mask for their real intentions. As mentioned before, even if they ban abortions, blue states can legalize it. So with this culture war that it seems only republicans are fighting, along with abortion bans, that will have a population growth in red states. While blue states continue to have abortions and keep population down, red states will continue to grow at an exponential rate along with their culture war to change the culture for generations to come. So this is about republican culture trying to become the majority. Can you imagine these fascist anti democracy and pro racists becoming the majority? Think about the baby boomer population where there was a boom in birth rates after WW2. The majority was white and conservative. Today, we are seeing the baby boomer generation decline along with their old fashioned views. So this older baby boomer generation is what spurred the MAGA slogan. Make America Great Again is to make America dominantly white and conservative. But conservatives is in decline too while republicans have become extreme embracing all out fascism and completely support dictatorship. The great replacement theory that is now an open chant from republicans how they think immigrants and everybody is out to replace the white population, along with MAGA slogan, ban on abortions, and culture wars, all is part of their plan to have a boom in population they will mold into fascists. Democrats better wake up to that realization that this culture war and population growth will change America for generations and change the country that will enter a dark side for many years. None of this is certain of course because blue states will also increase in population. So I think it's all a gamble what republicans are doing. But it's scary. And it's the red states that have greater voter representation and stronger individual votes. So along with racist gerrymandering and voter suppression, republicans are relentless in their pursuit to become the majority. And this cultural division will make democrats want to leave red states, but I say infiltrate them further. Live as their culture and vote blue. Thats the only way to save democracy and it can only be done by white democrats in red territory. That's if they don't brainwash you in klanville during their culture war. So that's a gamble too. In other words, sorry to say it democrats, but you should think about contributing to the population boom that's coming by increasing your birth rates too because the real replacement theory is already taking place against democratic culture. And that's no theory because it's all in the bills republicans pass.
  5. This song is a bad fantasy where I drive around London looking at all the chaos and trying to keep my sanity. As a rebel I fight in ways granted beyond military arsenal. Technology is our power over the strongest military. And when all power gets taken out, we will still find any resource to use and become industrial in every defense of human rights.
  6. I've been seduced. I'm living in a land where gaming is above and beyond reality. It can be real. So real. It can be fantasy. So dreamy. But to you, what is perfect gameplay that draws you in, seduces you. What is it? War? Heroism? I'm more of a fuck the system type. Why? Ask why not. Fun gameplay is Saints Row where it is everything famous GTA lacks. GTA is amazing. SR is fate from the gods. Not Ultor, that's for sure. Now listen, we game to game. But what is perfect gameplay? Saints Row is perfect gameplay. Everything you want in a game is there. What is perfect fun gameplay? Maybe that's the question I should have asked. But I just did. I'll leave the rest to you; indulge us all perfect fun gameplay. Then I'll compare with Saints Row. Bring it.
  7. That wasn't funny? Ok then, how about Macaulay Culkin playing Kratos in God of War. This round, face slaps are free. I won't press charges.
  8. I really don't like the direction games are heading in by giving more attention to online play and not the campaign. Online play is cool and all when you have good internet and w/o hostility from gamers. But it becomes an excuse to pass on creativity and story telling. It's a dumbing down of creative incentive. What I hate most is probably companies that provide digital games only available from that seller. That will eventually makes us pay multiple subscription memberships for games we want to play instead of having all games available for any console physical or digital copies (an exclusive here and there being an exception). There is a term for having to pay multiple gaming subscriptions and I forgot what it was. (anyone remember?) We all have burden enough for having to pay a bill for every electronic device we have. I don't understand how the average consumer can keep up with everything. I remember in the 80's all we had to pay for was a $10 phone line. And maybe a cable channel. Now think about how everything is making us more and more poor with more and more devices. So I'm against the direction the gaming world is heading in. We have a consolidation, or publishers buying up developers. Then we have separation of sellers forcing subscription. Future of gaming is looking expensive if you want to play a variety of games.
  9. That's not a bad idea actually. I can think of some game music as ringtone.
  10. That's an interesting question. The arena shooters can be a fun slaughter house at times. I recently play COD Vanguard and Battlefield 1 and I really really enjoyed that realistic approach. I was impressed and it didn't have that fun feel, but it was superb and not soon to be forgotten. I think arena shooters lose a little bit of story because the massacre eventually gets pointless when they keep coming at you. There would have to be a lot of details of blood, guts, and limbs for it to be continually enjoyable. And I would need a break in-between attacks so that I can indulge myself in chopping up corpses and write on the walls with their blood. Even though I don't know a game that allows that. But that would be ideal for me to keep interest. So I guess 1st person hack n slash arena would be more interesting than arena shooter. Nothing like up close and personal multiple hacks at the neck to chip the head off one stroke at a time instead of one clean strike.
  11. GTA 5 I hate not being able to always keep my customized vehicle. Seems like the only time I can enjoy my favorite cars is to go on a joyride. Can't use it to go on any missions.
  12. I need sound for immersion purposes; plus sometimes that background music kicks in and draws me deep into the game. Every now and then when I'm customizing gear or doing something not gameplay related, I'll either turn it down or mute the sound and give my pet some quiet time. I don't need the base thumping when I'm not actually doing something in the game.
  13. The answer is obvious now if it wasn't already before that republicans have now openly endorsed white supremacy. After the latest mass shooting in Buffalo, NY, where a white guy targeted blacks at a store, dressed in armor, and went on a shooting spree. He also had a racist manifesto and white supremacist belief of the Great Replacement Theory. So now we are at a crossroads where schools are being punished for the accusations of Critical Race Theory and widespread banning of books including math, termination for discussing racism, violence against school boards, and even proposals to jail librarians. On the other hand you have a major media outlet fox news, congress members and other politicians, and domestic terrorism that all promotes Great Replacement Theory. And even after the terrorist shooting in Buffalo, politicians and Fox are still pushing the Great Replacement Theory. Democrats are now proposing gun laws and domestic terrorism laws. Democrats are calling for republicans to denounce the terrorist act and the great replacement theory and they won't do it. Instead, they are amplifying it by republican politicians and by Fox news, more specifically by Tucker Carlson. Basically, republican whites ban awareness of history and racism in schools, while endorsing their own victimhood how they believe diversity is the elimination of whites and immigrants are meant to replace their vote. So in other words, ban immigration, ban every race related issue in schools, pass into law voting suppression and racist gerrymandering, then promote the Great Replacement Theory. I could easily say that the Replacement Theory is what whites are doing to minorities in this country. White nationalistic views are to build a wall at the border and stop immigration and deport any and all legal residents from any non European country. ICE, Immigration Customs Enforcement, is even in the news lately for their unchecked surveillance on Americans. The Great Replacement Theory has now suppressed voting rights targeting people of color, and republicans have put in their own partisan people to oversee elections who have previously tried to overthrow the last election. Republicans have used the Replacement Theory on minorities by drawing up racist gerrymandering districts to give districts of color less voting representation all across the U.S. So that’s what I think about GRT and how its actually put into effect to harm people of color as well as the anti CRT laws. They both are used for the same purpose to promote white supremacy. There are no laws being passed that targets white people, but there are massive amounts of recent laws targeting people of color and the LGBTQ community. So that is the real replacement theory. And republicans have embraced white supremacy. There isn't even a debate about it. White supremacists have infiltrated the republican party.
  14. Assault Horizon looks like what I'm looking for. Thanks for sharing. That's the one I'm gonna buy. And you are right, a little fun in a game like that is better. As far as the F-22, I guess with the Stealth Bombers, it wouldn't be cost effective to keep both in commission. My grandpa retired as a colonel and set up a training academy in Florida. He also fought in Vietnam; many years in service.
  15. This is the F-22 Raptor in Ace Combat 7. That's the jet my grandpa flew. It was one of the fastest flying jets with stealth capability. The jets are now retired in Panama City Florida.
  16. I remember I had a coworker friend that had a baby shower and I went and got a bunch of cool gifts from the $1 store for babies. He and his wife loved the gifts. He said those were the only gifts they could actually use for the baby. I can't really remember what I got, but it was clothing items and warm mittens and diapers. Hey, diapers are a lot more expensive at other stores. At least back then it was. But I must of got like 10 gifts all at the dollar store. I just happened to be in there and they had all sorts of things I couldn't pass up. Today, I doubt they have an assortment of stuff like that. Especially since we are gonna have a wave of new babies and a population explosion, I don't expect diapers will be cheap.
  17. Once again I have to say that this is a NATO effort to hit Russia financially so as to try and prevent a world war. Are you in such a rush for the world to jump into war? Not jumping into conflict is not weak or lazy. Ukraine has shown great resilience, so we have to see Putin's next move. Biden isn't here to try and show off might. As you can see, the strong man approach like Putin becomes an embarrassment. Unfortunately, that embarrassment becomes fuel for even madder endeavors.
  18. Are you still using VR? For how long? Did the eye doctor explain why you were getting blurry vision? Do you have diabetes or thyroid issues or anything?
  19. I would love to be still playing games in old age. Can't imagine all the cool games and technology that comes out the next decades.
  20. I hear Antartica is very cold. I don't even know who's flag is on it anymore.
  21. Both our gas came from dinosaurs, I don't know why the price is different. Are you saying your dinosaurs were better than ours? 😀
  22. I was thinking the same thing. I don't think our minds will see something as being more extraordinary than some other game. And I don't think we will take in the proper meanings of what we would today. You could take some dystopian game today and play as a kid, but not understand exactly who the villain is. Like an evil corporation, a kid would ask who is the bad guy? What is a corporation? Not understanding that having total control over people is wrong.
  23. Sometimes games lack a sense of time where you finish a quest and the next one starts when it should have been a day later or something. So I'll go do something else and put the next quest on hold till my mind tells me some time has passed. I can't just do back to back quests and pretend like they didn't royally fuck time. I can't call out every activity in every game, but I'll play an in game activity or exploration to pass time. I wish Assassin's Creed games had a little tent set up to sit down and chill with your tamed animal, something like what RDR2 has.
