Have you met anyone you knew in a multiplayer game offline by complete coincidence? That happened to me in school as a teen. I ran into some other students in the hall who I overheard discussing the MUD I was playing, and we realized we’d met in the game before, but not in real life until that moment.

Some zones, levels or areas in video games pull out all the stops and are just amazing. Most I think are reasonably satisfying. But some are just boring or disappointing. What are some that fall into that latter category for you?
