  1. If you could change one thing about how all future games are made, what would it be? I would want developers to make sure that all their future games do not cause seizures in people prone to them.
  2. Lately we are seeing some really solid TV adaptations of video games. Do you think that will lead to any changes in how video games are developed in the future?
  3. Are there certain types of NPCs you are sick of having to kill in games? I get tired of having to kill dogs and wolves. I just don’t enjoy it.
  4. Do you ever get attached to NPCs that you can’t collect as followers or such, but for some reason you struggle to walk away from them? I.e. cause they are in a bad situation in the game world, and you just sort of feel sorry for them? What’s the most over-the-top thing you did because of it? I couldn’t adopt Sophie in Skyrim on a playthrough, and ended up spelling her name in food in front of my door so I could headcannon that she’d see it and move in while I was away.
  5. Which video games feature the most impressive adaptive soundtracks? I.e. soundtracking that adapts in response to where you are and what is happening in the game. I loved this in A Plague Tale: Requiem, and the composer did an awesome play through for the whole game where he discusses it.
  6. What are your favorite let’s play videos and channels, and why do you like those specific ones?
  7. What are the games you have watched the most additional related content for, i.e. interviews and such?
  8. I’ve always preferred and continue to prefer first person POV for most games. It got me wondering though, has anyone ever had a change in their main preference from first to third or vice versa?
  9. What games are you most excited to return to playing after months or years away? For me, it is RDR2, Skyrim, or any Fallout game.
  10. While playing open world games, do you ever just wander around for an hour or more, content to do very little? If so, what games do you do this the most in? (for me it is RDR 2)
  11. What are some games that include quantum mechanics somewhere in their storylines?
  12. What are some times video game tutorials made you worry the game was much harder than it is? As an example, this happened to me in Outer Wilds with the little model ship.
  13. What are some puzzles in video games that you fought with for hours or days, but after you figured out the solution, it seemed painfully obvious?
  14. What are your favorite video game endings of all time? (If you share the ending, please hide the text so no one sees spoilers).
  15. Is there a genre or format of game you haven’t played in many years, but want to return to?
  16. My brother was just telling me that he and his husband usually play single player games together, handing the controller back and forth and making decisions together. Does anyone else play single player games this way?
  17. Anyone else here for whom gaming is typically the best part of your day? For me, it is the time when I get to relax and have some time to myself. It’s also one of the few things that are immersive enough to hold my attention easily.
  18. What is the longest span of time you’ve gone without playing your favourite game or franchise?
  19. Is there a game you have played where you reached the end of some segment (or perhaps a DLC), but it was so unclear to you if you had or not you had to look up if you missed anything?
  20. What are some of the best games that do not do much hand-holding?
  21. I want to find a good construction simulator. Can anyone recommend one from personal experience?
  22. What games do you feel have held up really well visually, even though they are old and their graphics are dated? To me, Skyrim still looks beautiful. The original BioShock has also held up quite well.
  23. Recently we’ve had some amazing video game adaptations, whereas for many years, they were notoriously poorly-received on average. What do you think changed?
  24. What are some games that weren’t major hits that’d be great as films or TV series? My pick is Spec Ops: The Line.
  25. Ah, interesting! Yes, I didn't play that edition!
