Original is only good if you want to play older PS1/PS2 games, otherwise the newer model is the way to go.
-
Dying Light, Bioshock would be dope, or even Warzone or any Call of Duty/Battlefield game
-
I think it would be cool but I still feel like we need to have more of the story explored before a game can come out. For example now without the child we shall see where they go in terms of story and action.

I wouldn’t say that I’m the best but definitely am up there on not being in the bottom half of the pack
-
The only one I ever played was Hit and Run and it was the perfect combo of Crazy Taxi with that vibe that let you drive around and explore on your own
-
When GTA came out I’d say Saint Row for sure, otherwise it might be Cyberpunk now.

Games with the best character creators/customization
Syntax replied to Kane99's topic in Video Games
Skyrim is a good one, same with Cyberpunk. Although my favorite may have to be Saint Row 4 -
How much direction do you want a game to give you?
Syntax replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
Not much at all. A quest makes sense to give you the general location of the next step or even the exact spot, but I hate the games that give you a line on the ground to follow since there are so many other ways to get to the point -
NASCAR Heat would be cool, or even ATV vs. MX Unleashed are the first two that come to mind.
-
Horizon Zero Dawn, Final Fantasy X, GT3/2, Burnout Paradise, Need For Speed Hot Pursuit
-
I think they will take an approach like browsers do (ex; Brave) where you earn their coins while just using it and could be used/sold for other services or possibly as in game currency? Will be curious though for sure
-
I’d probably say the move from PS1->PS2 since we had 3D vs. 2D. Now all we get are better graphics of slowly the increase in VR games

What Games Will You Never Delete From Your Console?
Syntax replied to Reality vs Adventure's topic in Gaming Forum
Final Fantasy X, and now Ace Combat 7. mostly due to them being classic games I grew up playing (or playing the series of) as a kid. -
Dragon in WoW, or even a T-Rex in ARK

Why aren't there more games with Santa as the main character?
Syntax replied to Kane99's topic in Video Games
Sadly I think it's too seasonal. If you bring Santa, why not make Easter Bunny, etc. as a main character (which can make the story or genre kind of fade away). -
Command and Conquer is 2D (the retro one).
-
What unusual game mechanic do you wish you'd see more often?
Syntax replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
Wow, this actually is exactly what I was going to say almost. I LOVED Detroit: Become Human since if you kill a person in the story, they no longer are there at all. Def. makes the gameplay more realistic as unique since every story mode is special in a specific way. -
I think it as a great concept, but horrible ping and responsiveness pretty much killed them from the get go. Maybe once internet becomes stupidly fast and very little ping it may make a ton more sense.
-
tbh I just keep it until it breaks, no real reason to sell since they get little profit.

Is There A Platform You're Just Not Interested In?
Syntax replied to The Blackangel's topic in Platforms
The Wii for sure, or even more competitive games that are on Mobile. -
Till probably after a year, or if I just want to go in and finish off side missions etc.
-
How many games are installed on your system currently?
Syntax replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
I think I have around 32 PS4 games, and only a small handful of games installed on my computer (Sims, Command and Conquer, etc.). -
Never, it's like asking if Battlefield will go away or even World of Warcraft. Kind of like the staple games for their specific genre.
-
Should more games introduce a penalty for leaving early?
Syntax replied to Alexander.'s topic in Gaming Forum
I think it depends. Disconnect via bad ping? No. But if you intentionally leave via the client or something else, yes.
