I wouldn't consider making a PC that runs on same engine with PS5, it will be better buy PS5, then support it with a quality PC even if it is not a gaming option.

FI is best for modern console versions, I played one before when my friend was using my current PS4, I played the 2020 version of F1, it was just amazing.
