If I can have the option to use dynamic in GTA S.A all the time it will make sense more to me. During my PS2 days it was possible only through cheats. I didn't use cheats to play, my friends did it to enjoy themselves while having fun..

It's frustrating thou with what you've said so far. The reason is that, you can't spend more than you earn, it doesn't work out that way. Yeah, gamers needs some credit for the time devoted playing games. If the companies behind video game development don't make it favourable to everyone playing their game, they'll find geners declining,due to their bizarre decision to chase just money than satisfying customers first.

That's why I prefer dealing on any marketplace with escrow, since not many such feature, it means I am trading vulnerably. But stores like Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, Alibaba etc, are good due to their reputation in keeping it clean.
