  1. It is better off as you don't stake on football matches, it sucks. I lost more than I won, just that I was doing it mostly for fun just as I described in the thread. It's a way to enjoy the match with much seriousness 😂.
  2. Normally Barcelona got star studed players that would've changed the game for us. Just that it wasn't our day when Frankfurt defeated us at camp nou, around 2-3, you can Google it, if I'm mistaken.
  3. That's cool too. Mine wasn't influenced by the money involved in the game, it was just something passionate for me. I can't recall the first time I carried the ball, it has started even before I started walking as a child 😂. When I realized the money involved, my love grew in the game, I'm growing old, if I don't play professionally in the next few years, I'll hang up my boots.
  4. That's cool to hear, it means you were influenced and from there your love grew. Their is nothing bad, lots of people loved the game 'soccer, that way. Mine, was just natural, which I inherited from my dad.
  5. No doubt, I felt bad when Gerrard Pique limped off in that contest Frankfurt in last season Europa league. And Barcelona didn't make it to the next round, that Injury was one of our problem in the contest. G Pique is an integral player in the team, losing him was like losing another Messiah.
  6. I am not an F1 lover in real life, even if I play lots of F1 games. But your comment is touching, I felt bad seeing the sad 1994 story, about the passing away of 'ayton senna due to serious body damage through accident during an F1 race.
  7. @Yaramaki you said extremely well, and that's exactly what most clubs are suffering from today. I'll say lack of management of funds, poor transfer business amongst the big guns (teams). Barcà is the worst in that regard, their transfer business is totally woeful in the past 4-5 years. The signing of Coutinho, Dembele, Griezman is totally waste of money, nome of them performed according to their price tag. Such kind of expenses hit Barcà in their ass, snd putting them on a heavy debt. Not Barcà alone, Man UTD is making same mistakes, all their additions in terms of player transfer in the past decade are big failure, none performed at the level they wanted. Look at Antony Martial, Lukaku, Luke Shaw, Paul Pogba, Harry Maguire etc, those additions are just so poor for the club, no major improvement. They're just spending the money and no improvement in their league position, and it's been nearly 10 years they last won the premier league, and 14 years they last won the UCL. With their current squad debt, I don't see them winning any of those competition anytime soon.
  8. One thing I've always heard is that, Messi wouldn't perform at his best due to high explosiveness of English Premier League football. But did you know, he scored more UCL goals to premier league opponents than any other league in Europe. Share your opinion please!
  9. Then what's the joke all about @kingpotato? I want to learn more, if what I'm thinking is true or not from the story you shared.
  10. Video assistance revenue ( VAR) was introduced to football recently just after the 2018 WC, to help guide referees to avoid costly mistakes, bad officiating calls in the field of play. Ever since it arrived, it has seen mixed opinions from football fans allover the world. Do you think the VAR is doing amazingly to correct awful officiating calls or it's slowing down the tempo of the game? Share your opinion!
  11. If everyone gets around VR, I don't see my parents going into it. Their displeasure around video game and such kind of high level tech doesn't impress them much, they just want to continue in analog way and not go fully digital.
  12. I wouldn't force myself too hard when their is no progress made on each chapter, I can't even progress to chapter two. That's the reason I didn't continue with dark souls III, no drive anymore.
  13. Perfectly analysed. EA got it wrong with their Battlefield development especially the 2042 version. I never really paid attention to their indie games, I think they should make adjustments to their AAA games, so it will stay off bugs.
  14. YouTube subscribers are becoming hard to build organically, but if you push hard definitely you'll win over users and attract more subscribers and views. Your videos doesn't have to be the best, it should be captivating with well searched keywords. Gradually I'm building my soccer YouTube channel, and crypto niche youtube channel.
  15. I can only remember playing initial game release around PES 2013 on PS2. It was the demo version, later on it was launched officially and I got it too. I'll say, the demo was better then than the official release. The squad of the top teams were stronger due to their January acquisitions, that's by the way.
  16. It's been rain all day here in my locality. Nothing I can do but to sit at home and wow my bed, surf internet, play games then most importantly, eat food.
  17. Yes, I'm talking about the duke option, look at the last one you shared, it was just large and one which my small hand can't seize. I only hold it for few hours and it pained my hands, I gave up playing just to rest my hands. Such provoked my friend, because he really wanted me to play more with him, but I couldn't sustain the pain. I just love the way PS3 controllers are modded, I don't like how wide Xbox 360 controllers are made, truth be told.
  18. It feels so weird when my team loses a major final, it is better to lose some league matches or lose a group stage match in either UCL or UEL cup competition in football, than losing in the final of those competition. It feels sad too, when my team laboured until the final day of a league season only to lose the penultimate match to a clear underdog in the final day of the season, and gift the title to a fierce rival. It's fortunate I never witnessed Barcà losing a UCL Final match they entered into during Messi era. Messi was dominant in the team, helped them win all four UCL Final they entered. But losing the 2006 EUFA Super Cup was pain in the ass, including the 2012/2013 Copa Del Rey and strings of league titles to bitter rivals such as 'ATM in 2013/2014 season and to 'RMA 2011/2012 league season imo. 19. When it comes to any professional sport event, injury is very common due to high explosive nature of the games. But when it happens to best players in any team, it sucks. It pains me in the ass seeing the best player in my team limping off in tears when the team needs him most. I will accept it, if it occurs during starting of the season/tournament, it shouldn't come in the penultimate time of the season or during the final of UCL, or any major tournament of the season. Share your own opinion!
  20. When it comes to sports gambling, it was something common for me. I don't normally engage too often in staking/betting on matches around favourite teams. I'm a football lover, and I got lots of teams from major leagues around Europe, I staked on them in the past to win matches for monetary rewards. But I do it out of love for my favourite teams due to their amazing performances not just because I want to earn money. Have you staked or placed a bet on behalf of your favourite team(s) in any sport game when the winning matters much, just to share the moment of magic with them?
  21. When it comes to sports, everyone has his or her own preferences. Their are some sport events I am forced to love, not my wish, but via peer influence. Games like 'snooker, rugby, basketball, tennis, cricket etc, aren't natural for me. I am just pushed by some of my friends who loved each of them because they want me to be around them. The sport events I love are 'soccer, handball, track and field events. But my favourite remains 'soccer, which comes naturally for me since my childhood. Others I'll say, peer influence, and today I don't fancy them anymore. Because, no love, no motivation to keep watching and following their activities. Share your opinion please!
  22. xD, maybe I smoked and forgot. To be frank, it is heavier than PS3 controllers. My PS3 controller aren't even weighed up to 5kg but I think Xbox controllers gauge up to 10-12kg in my hands that day. Plus the controller is wide and not compact like the way PS controllers are made. Take a look at PS3 controller and Xbox 360 controller, you'll see the difference that Xbox 360 controller is more heavier and wide as well. PS3 Xbox 360
  23. I always find your comments interesting, just as much as you want to start posting more here, I'll always be around to share the moments with you in this section of the forum. I won't say Thibaut Courtois wouldn't be deserving of the award, if it is given to him 'imo. But to be frank man, this award has been for attacking minded players and Benzema had a standout season, no one can take it controversially this time around. If Benzema doesn't win it, then I'll know football has entered into the world of politics where rigging is allowed. I'll vote Courtois second in the list, I am not bias, then Messi comes third or Vini Jr. Vini had an excellent season more than Messi in club level. But via international level, Messi dazzled well last season. You watched his 5- goal thriller against Estonia? Where he single handed down a nation '5 - goals and it ended in same scoreline. He is yet to adapt to life in French League, we'll get to see his best in this coming season, now he's been handed the number 10 jersey, and he'll be expected to have the free role just as he operated during his Barcelona days. I thought balloon d'or 2022 will come after the WC, but it will come before the WC kicks off in November, meaning that Benzema is the clear favourite to land the award, and he'll be the first since zenedine zidane wo since in 1998 for French players. We all know the impact of the WC when it comes to individual award like the balloon d'or, it contributes to the player's 60% chances than his performances in club level, that's why you saw the likes of 'Fabio Cannavaro, Yanshi, Ronaldo de lima nazario, etc, winning it ahead of others in the past. Assumed Messi won the WC 2014 edition, he would have won the balloon d'or too that year, but it ended in disappointment for him in the final against Germany, coupled with his trophy-less campaign in Barcà colours.
  24. No body saves the world is an action indie game which is yet to be released. I love the trailer, it might not be your favourite.
  25. I can watch for trailers, latest update about an unreleased games, solutions when my game is facing technical issues etc. I don't like spoilers, I wouldn't go on to watch everything about the game.
