Their is no video game without bugs/glitches, but it shouldn't be too much, that it starts to corrupt the game or make the gameplay odd.

I never played silent hills, Konami knows the best for the game, I don't know if it will be remastered or not. It's best they remaster the old game add some enticing features to keep the gamers enjoying it.
