So basically, I found a forum that has a referral program, my scheme was to go use that referral program, and make me and whoever wants to join loaded. Basically if I use this link I and that person would get that excite same reward, which means that if I began using this link, to say invite a bunch of people I know would use that link, I and everyone I would invite could start ranking in a lot of rewards.

That's less of a scheme and more like just a referral program and how referral programs work, and these things are never as easy to exploit as they look.
