That's a very great point. I find it hard to focus during gaming, I try to identify the cause . In most cases, it might be due to tiredness or stress. After Identifying that, I take a break or switching to a different game.

I'm glad that I stopped playing Destiny 2. At first, I was hooked, but after a while, the grind was too much for me to bare. I felt like I was just repeating the same activities without any sense of progression at all.
