  1. That's fair. It can be rough playing it to start with. I have like 300-400 hours in USF4 and still a scrub lol.
  2. I average around 250 m/s. edit: just realised i already commented on this thread, pls delete mods
  3. Yeah. I tried so hard to become a pro at fighting games as a teen but now I realise it just isn't worth the effort and not everyone is cut out for it. Nowadays i'm fine with just playing games casually for fun. I mean that's what games are there for.
  4. The car chase scene is all gameplay and in engine. The "what really is real" cutscene footage before that is in engine as well.
  5. Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories on PS2. Didn't even bother past axel.
  6. The character models aren't that good in the car chase scene but in general everything else easily outdoes anything on 8th gen. In racing games you can still tell it's a game, here at some points it's impossible for someone to tell if it's a movie or not. This is movie level photorealism. The character models in the cutscene before the chase is also much better than anything on 8th gen. We've reached argumented reality graphics.
  7. I think it is possible if the story is top notch(like Tales of Berseria) but if the gameplay and story are not good then it's impossible to enjoy.
  8. Tales of Xillia for the PS3. I'm about to start playing it in like 5 mins as well.
  9. No. It has to be the most mediocre and dull fighter of modern times. I got bored with it after about 30-40 hours. Mortal Kombat X is much better.
  10. It looks a lot like the modern doom games and has funny humor to boot so i'm definitely getting it at launch. Yeah, you should defo try bayonetta games. Just a heads up, make sure you learn dodge offset before doing anything else in that game or your going to have a hard time.
  11. Well it's not untrue either. It's subjective whether old or newer games are better.
  12. New games build on that originality and uniqueness. Most games before 6th gen just feel too technologically outdated and on top of that were built in a time where standards for game design was primitive and not as evolved as now which makes them not as fun to play as now. It sounds shallow but this isn't just graphics, it's also performance, bigger worlds, more complex systems, better camera angles etc that make newer games more fun. There are some crappy soulless games coming out nowadays but there are gems like Ghostrunner and Deathloop that have come out recently.
  13. Maybe you have a point. When I did this on the local college monitors I averaged around like 220 m/s.
  14. Tbh I don't think they will release it until early or mid 2023 since games usually get delayed nowadays and Kamiya has been delaying the reveal for a long time. But they said it would come out fall 2022.
  15. No, I dont think there has been. It's been radio silence since the trailer back in 2020.
  16. It's really fun if you're a fan of hack n slashes. It feels very stylish.
  17. Smash Bros isn't even half as bad as the other FG communities lol. SF fans are extremely toxic and worship pro players whilst treating newcomers like dirt. Definitely true. But there are some nice communities out there.
  18. Imo it did besides gaming. Not just movies but music got all overly processed and electronic with autotune, dull fashion, etc.
  19. - As a heterosexual man, women are overrated. - Rap is boring to listen to - Pop culture went to shit after the 2000s - Newer games are usually better than old games - 60fps should literally be a requirement that has to be met for a game to be released - Majin Buu saga was the best saga in DBZ
  20. I would say 2025, maybe 2024 but we will start seeing a few games which look like this in 2023. It's going to take a while before developers manage to pump out this insane photorealistic graphics on next gen consoles.
