What aspects of storytelling do video games do best as a medium?
Clasher replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
I think video games would be a really good way to teach history if it is utilized in that aspect, just like call of duty,WWII battles, the brothers in arms, dynasty warriors, the saboteur and the likes all of which are based on real events in human history. -
It's quite a shockers to me that j haven't really heard anything about skull and bones up until this very moment. From what I have seen here no one can really decipher Ubisoft reasons for spending that kind of money on a video game and it still hasn't been released in eight years. It's only natural we wait and see what this game would turn out to be, from now on I will be keeping a close watch on this.

Mbappe is a good player and I am also a big fan, I like Gabriel Jesus as well and currently he has over 700 goals to his name, his style of football is great and I am always looking out to see what greater things he could accomplish in the world of football.

That's good, so What kind of emulators have you used to enhance your Mobile gaming experience in the past or present?

Since this thread isn't about Nintendo switch OLED and psp I wouldn't want to derail it any further. You can create a separate thread for this and we could discuss about it extensively there.

What Unreleased Game Are You Most Excited About?
Clasher replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
I am very thrilled as well, but just as much as I can so I don't get disappointed if it's not eventually released as scheduled. God of war Ragnarok would certainly make our November to December a month to remember. -
I will give it a try when I can, but right now I am still very much Satisfied with what sub way surfers offers any way. But thanks for the review.

I got a recent update for a turn based strategy game Crown wars: the black prince Has been announced to be released for ps5, Xbox series, switch ,and PC It's a whole new design from artefacts studios , the game involves fighting enemy factions and battling an evil force that has infiltrated the highest echelons of power.

This emulator I am using is designed to look just like a PlayStation 4 controller and it is also compatible with my PS 4. It Comes with a hold at the top where you can comfortably place your mobile phone or tablet and connects via WiFi so there isn't any wires to further complicate it. Some emulators are nothing short of a Masterpiece.👌

Personally, I am not vouching for this and any statement I made was only in all possible light made to show how unrealistic the project is. I am Interested in Crypto currency and NFT doesn't in any way mean I would jump into just any gibberish that is said or announced and start investing in it, my interest surrounds basically my study of how the crypto currency and NFT world operates and what realistic benefits it could give to any Intending Investor. For the sake of knowledge I went into more detailed study of the NFT and crypto currency, though I have only Invested in crypto currency and not in NFT because after all my study NFT still looks shady and doesn't hold any ground and might die out soon just as you predicted. If my tone and manner of explanation gives you reasons to think that I am Interested in the pollium project , I want to state categorically that I am not interested in it. Well, if you have been studying about NFT and crypto currency you will know that the time it takes for a crypto or NFT project to become live or launch is actually among the determining factor of it's authenticity not because pollium said it or I stole it as you said but Because it's a known fact in the crypto currency and NFT world.

What Unreleased Game Are You Most Excited About?
Clasher replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
The game industry flourishes when the demand and supply is controlled by the gaming companies themselves, so they spike up people's Interest about a video game get people to subconsciously or even consciously crave for those video games and then delay it release to create more curiosity , immediately those delayed games are released you will find that they sell much faster than those which was released as originally scheduled without any delay. -
Smoking seems like the new cool this days and most young people wants to engage in it, maybe because of peer pressure, what their favorite celebrities are doing or maybe because it make them feel more confident and cool. But either ways I don't judge those that smoke and I don't even bother about their life choices as long as they aren't doing it to my own disadvantage.

Yeah, certain things that we never really thought could enhance our sleep actually does make us sleep. Like when I am having a difficult time sleeping I just wake up and play some video games or see a movie and after a few minutes I just dose off, it has worked a couple of times.
-
That's good to know. I like it when people actually engage in what they are Passionate about. Though I never really did any stream videos for my gameplay or other game related activities, but currently I am working on my channel and would be creating lots of game related contents if possible. RDR2, god of war and street fighter would be among the games I would be streaming more. Time factor has really caused me to let go of some of the things I like to do for fun and now I am all about work.

Even though I don't know the reasons why you had to live on the streets but I am quite sure you had some good reasons and staying on the streets was your last resort. But now that you've gotten yourself together I don't see any reason why you should want to go out and live on the Streets with the harshness of the weather, the unhygienic environment you could be exposed to and even the violence and abuse most people staying on the streets face. Please , just take away that thought whatever the reason for them might be.

Well,I got my own interests, the game might feel really good to you but I would still settle for subway surfers anyday. I might give minions a try but that's I am interested in getting more video games on my mobile phone.
-
I can't really give a good review about the game and that's because I never had it on my own device and I my played it once or twice in a friend's device. I don't know if it actually drains battery as much as you claim it does.
-
Okay, but what about , don't you play the video game as well since you are close to someone who does have you never tried to play it yourself?
-
Yeah , you made some valid points and even if Atari could have a come back in future maybe, it won't be what we knew them to be, the name might remain the same but not the company and definitely not the quality of their consoles as well.
-
Well, projects like this naturally takes time but this is coming off as too some atleast taking up to three years to finalize this project would give it some sense of authenticity. I am very much interested in crypto and nft and over the past few years of my involvement with it I know how long it takes to even get a new Crypto currency to be displayed on a trust worthy marketplace let alone an NFT project that a lot of well known investors are not even advocating for.

Red Dead Redemption 2 fans are planning a funeral for Red Dead Online
Clasher replied to Kane99's topic in Gaming News
Rockstar has a unique method they utilize to ensure their game is a success, the offline game is quite satisfying to this very moment and I believe they have reasons why they don't put much updates for the RDR2 online version. I mainly Played online but if you insists they need to put In more updates for the online version of the game then I am sure you got really good reasons for that. -
Yo man, you just reminded me some really cool game I played In the later part of 2019 and early 2020, the survival horror was a such a good game , you can switch between single player or multiplayer mode and comparing it with the triller for quarry there are very many similarities, maybe that's why it looked so familiar. The man of Medan was even nominated for an award.
-
I thought about that too, been that the story line is plain and straight forward, there aren't much complications that would make the linger more.
-
I played it around 2003 to 04 on my PS 2 but after a while I got engrossed in other games and didn't play much of it anymore, it was a really interesting racing game with both single player and multiplayer features I always played it with my friends most of the time.

Though I only heard numerous stories about it from my parents when they like to banter me that my passion for games isn't new to them and they have done same in the past but now I have taken mine just a bit too extreme for their liking. It's just weird that the company couldn't pull through and stand the test of time , though they are trending online now. Does anyone think the company would make a good comeback if they actually tried to?
