It's weekend and I have had a really hectic week, so I am currently taking my time to relax and chill playing video games and going out to get some fresh air in the park. I played video games for about 4 hours yesterday and I think I would still play for a few hours more later today before going out.

Did you ever buy a game and resell it before ever playing it?
Clasher replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
I sold it for the same price I got it, I even added a few bucks to it. Well, the game was quite popular around my region back then and everyone pretty much wanted to have a feel of it. I got mine when I searched online for hours because not very many local store has it on their shelf back then. -
That's true mate, we all understand underated in different ways, I feel @NightmareFarm is referring to those games that though they were good wasn't a regular topic around gamers. Every single game out there got a review either good or bad on your favorite game review site or on YouTube by people who make Game related contents. This doesn't mean that the game is doing well as you would expect it been that you have played it and experienced it for yourself and feel the game is really good.

I played street of rage 4 on my Nintendo switch OLED version.

Back then the Neo Geo CD was actually hard to come get around my region, so only a few had it, I used to fantasize a lot about owning one of my own. I usually go to the gaming complex to play or at a friend's place to play with his.

Games you put other things on hold to play and enjoy?
Clasher replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
That would be Blood Borne, when it came out I could literally ignore other activities just play this video game. -
I didn't actually own a Sega Genesis, but a game I certainly regret not holding on to was my Gameboy Pocket version, though I Know it would be outdated by now but that console formed my earliest memories about video games.

This is a very interesting topic, I know a few games that are so well scripted and designed but aren't getting the kind of recognition they deserve. I would pick cyber shadow

Interestingly, journalism as a whole relies on the cooperate world and only feeds the public what the organization want them to know about a situation or in this case the game. @Shagger made some valid points, some game journalist (because it would also be very wrong to say all journalist) don't usually take time to experience the said game for themselves before proceeding to write an article , a review or give a report about it. They just source out information for the cooperate game industries or whatever they could lay their hands on online. In my opinion that's wrong journalism and sometimes the public is misled because of incorrect information or too sugar coated reviews about a particular game.

I don't know how true it is, but i also got a hint about it. I hope it's all true because the games on that list isn't something I would want to miss out on. Avowed , deathloop and evil dead all supposedly coming out this is so good.

Sequels that feel radically different from it's predecessors?
Clasher replied to NightmareFarm's topic in Gaming Forum
And surprisingly the game was still a commercial success, I felt everyone was expecting something fascinating as the previous devil may cry, but after I purchased the game I regretted my actions in a few days. Capcom practically changed the personality of Dante and lowered the game difficulty, the combat system was less refined, they brought back the same weapons as were in the previous game but this time they made it stronger or weaker instead of bringing new weapons with their individual advantages or disadvantages, the list just goes on and on. -
I got the ps 2 slim in 2010 for about a hundred dollars or there about, it cost about $150 if you are getting it from the shop. So I felt I got it at a really good price then.lol

Do you ever take time out to clean your video games?
Clasher replied to Kane99's topic in Gaming Forum
I never like CD, I only used memory card for my PS2 and now I just download the digital version to my PS or have it installed on my Console. Though I still have a few CD's like assassin Creed IV: black flag for my ps4. -
That's true, well I never played video games till the point I can't go a day without it, though as a kid I could go to any length just to purchase a new game or get my parent to buy that new console every other kid is talking about at school. But now I just play video for fun and only when I have enough time to do so.

A few video game actually gives lasting fun , but some you just get bored if it and want to proceed to a new game after a couple of hours or days if playing. I only got such thrill when I started playing Blood Bourne and I still play it till date and even StarCraft never gets boring to me.

Movies was a family thing for me, we were always seeing movies together with my parents and siblings. But as we grew older our choices and preferences of the kind of movies we liked change and everyone just had to get their own tv in their bedroom, though we do come down to the living room to see movies together sometimes as well.

That would Red Dead Redemption 2 and Red Dead Redemption: undead night mare released in 2010. Did you say red dead redemption is also your favorite game?

Sequels that feel radically different from it's predecessors?

Personally , I feel devil may cry 2 is one of the worst game sequels and was in no way as good as the predecessors. It was available on PS2 when I played it. -
That's true mate, I only started playing fortnite earlier this year. How long have you been playing fortnite?
-
I don't play old games too often, but I can be caught from time to time playing Halo 3 or even red Dead Redemption. What are your favorite old games that you are still playing till date?

Do you play online games to keep up with old friends?
Clasher replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
I enjoy fortnite more on my consoles too, but I am not always available to play with my Consoles at home due to my schedule , so I just play when I have a few minutes to spare with my mobile phone been that it's the same account on both my mobile and PS4 console.
