Yeah that's kinda how I felt with the Xenosaga games too. I only finished the 1st one then got halfway through the 2nd before calling it quits.

I think i'm close to 1600 in total? I have 8 platinums at the moment. 🙂

I take the side panels off and dust out the fans and vents with canned air at a slight distance. I feel like that's probably the best way to do it without completely disassembling the console.

What was the first Playstation game you ever played? For me, it was Crash Bandicoot on the original Playstation back in 1994/1995. I was hooked with the gameplay and was sucked into 3D gaming from that moment onward. Which game was your first Playstation experience?

Do you remember Game & Watch from Nintendo? They brought them back in the form of a small handheld for Zelda and I believe Super Mario Bros. What are your thoughts on these cheaper handhelds with a small amount of games on them? Do you own any? Do you think they're worth it? I think the idea behind them is cool and i'd honestly love to see Sega put out something like that for the Genesis/32X/CD.

When it comes to streaming or gaming peripherals such as capture devices or other things, which brand do you prefer? Elgato or Avermedia? I've had some bad luck with Elgato so right now i'm using an Avermedia Capture device on my Xbox Series X, however, I would like to upgrade to something better from them in the near future, something that enables me to get HDR10 back on my console. Which brand do you prefer? Elgato or Avermedia?

My laptop is my daily driver, the battery is internal, unfortunately, but I do try to replace my whole laptop every 3 years or so with a protection plan. The battery in this laptop is still good though. I've only had it for just over a year and a bit, but i always keep it plugged into power anyway so it doesn't matter much.

I've played it on Xbox, never tried it on PC. It's a fun game bit it can get super competitive it seems. I'm also not very good at the game so I don't play it often 😛

I definitely see your point. I want to get one of those controller attachments for my phone, but I want one i can use without the need of taking off my phone's case. I'm not sure if they make one that can be used while an otterbox defender case is on the phone.

This isn't too big of a deal, honestly, PS5 games are already at $70, so i'm used to paying $70 normally, now. This isn't too big of an issue for me personally, but I can see where it can be a problem for some going forward.

How do you prefer to play older games such as Sega Dreamcast? Do you prefer to play them on original hardware? a modified console? or an emulation box? For me, I prefer OG hardware or modified OG hardware whenever possible. I own multiple stock dreamcasts but i also now have one modded w/ some fixes & a GDEMU, so i was able to put the entire US library onto an SD card, now I have every dreamcast game ever released in the US all at my fingertips to play at a moment's notice. Some of these modifications to original hardware really prolong the lifespan of the console.

I've started so many games and then walked away from them for so long, came back and basically forgot where I was in the game or what I had to do next, forcing me to completely start over. There are games i've never completed for this very reason.

Their PS Plus premium service allows you to stream a good chunk of PS3 games from your PS5.

How do you handle running out of space for games in your collection? I've ran into this issue recently and I realized I no longer had the consoles for these games so i simply just tossed them as there is no 3rd-party mom & pop shops around here that i'd be able to sell the to. This kinda sucks because I would've loved to have made something for close to 200 games for the 360 or PS3. How do you handle lack of space in your game collection? Or how do you make more space for newer games?

That's pretty cool that SF2 had such neat inspirations from actual places in the world. It's still one of my favorite fighting games to this day. 🙂

I want Perfect Dark to be modernized, with modern controls. GoldenEye/OG Perfect Dark was great, but let's not kid ourselves, the controls were terrible.

What do you think is in store for E3 2023? Are you excited it'll be returning in 2023? What are you hoping to see revealed at E3 2023? I would love to actually be able to get there in person myself, but that's not in the cards at the moment. What are you hoping for out of E3 2023?

What game(s) would you like to see revealed or shown off at the game awards on December 8th? For me? I'd like to see them reveal Silent Hills being revived, and a new Metal Gear Solid game would be fantastic IMO. We've been without a proper Metal Gear game since 2015.

Was this even announced? Or just speculation that it'll get a sequel? It's rare for a game like BloodBourne or Elden Ring to get sequels. Hell, no one thought Dark Souls would get a sequel or two, but that did. I guess it's possible.....but it just doesn't seem too likely.

I loved my SNES. I still own a handful of games for it as I have a RetroN5....i should dig them out one rainy day and have a retro day of playing older titles from my childhood.

If you had to guess, how many games in total do you own physical copies of? For me? I'd say close to 2,500 between all consoles. I would have waaaay more but unfortunately, I did get rid of a bunch of older games over the years that I regret 😞 It wasn't until my mid-teens that I started actively collecting consoles & games. Are you a game collector? How many do you think you have in your collection?

How do you organize your game collection? I have a bunch and i mean a BUNCH of games and organizing them can be quite tricky. I just got some new furniture for my bedroom/office to help elevate this issue. Now I have mosst of my Sega Dreamcast collection on a 'floating shelf' on the back wall near my nightstand, and I have my PS5, PS4 and Xbox games in a cabinet underneath my windowsill, with space for more. The drawers I had these games in, are now nearly empty, so I might put clothes in them or simply reuse them for other game consoles. We'll see.

If you could only play one console for the rest of your life, which would it be? For me, it'd be the Sega Dreamcast, you can still access it's online functionality today and it has over 250 games in the US, with more overseas, so there would always be something to play.

Yeah I had the official magazine, specifically for the demo discs. It was an awesome time to be a gamar for sure. I really wish the Dreamcast did better and that magazine went on for a bit longer
