I think this is a good idea. Every sports game is a yearly release, with minimal updates, mostly just roster changes and very small 'improvements'. Definitely doesn't deserve the $70 price tag each year. I tend to skip 2 to 3 years between buying an NHL game for this reason. A live-service model with just 1 game per sport, might be a better way of doing things and maybe charge $20 for a roster update each 'season'.

One thing I plan on doing to advertise Revillution in the future is youtube promotional videos, perhaps this will work w/ VGR? Have you maybe considered video reviews also?

What game will you be playing this Christmas? I'm sure a lot will be playing God of War Ragnarok, myself? I'll be enjoying Tactics Ogre Reborn. 🙂

Would you ever want to be a player on an e-sports team and play one game for a living? Say, Call of Duty like guys from 100T or Optic? I don't know if I would, It sounds great on paper, but I think the stress & pressure of having to always be on your A-game would get to me. It's hard to say though if I would enjoy it or not. Do you think you'd be able to make a living like that?

Ever been part of a clan? Back in 2014, during Call of Duty Advanced Warfare, I set up my own clan with a few friends and going into Black Ops 3 we dominated public matches pretty heavily, for a few years. We broke away during the WW2 era in 2017 unfortunately. I would love to bring the team back for MW2 and beyond, but I think most of my old clan mates have moved on. What about you? Have you ever been part of a clan?

Would you like to see a "Gamecube Classic" style mini console be put out by Nintendo? I would. The Gamecube had some great games that were never re-released on any other platform, so they are impossible to play outside of original hardware or using an emulator on your PC such as Dolphin.

Has anyone ever played PSOBB? it's an MMORPG from 2004, that now lives on through private servers as the official server by Sega was shut down in 2009 i believe. I ran a private server of my own for about 7 years from 2010 to 2017. Have you ever played this MMO classic?

Is cool RGB lighting important to you when building or buying a gaming PC? Why or why not? I like the looks of the RGB lighting, and if it's a matter of just a couple hundred bucks more for RGB vs a standard singular color for say the keyboard on a laptop, i'll splurge and buy the RGB model as i find it pops more in the dark.

Do you think Nintendo should have a proper network with a universal gamertag system like PSN and XBL? Personally, I think so. I think the friend code thing is annoying and I feel like for their next console, they should have amore robust network put in place with proper gamertags.

What color joycons do you have? Which colors would you like? My brother owns a switch with the blue & red joycon set. I might pick up an OLED switch in the future with the white ones as I think those look pretty clean. What about you? Which joycons do you own? Which would you like?

How do you feel about fanmade games based off popular series? I see alot of people make fanmade games based off titles like Resident Evil 2 from 1998, How do you feel about fanmade projects? Do you think people who do these should be picked up by proper game studios and given jobs? I've seen some pretty impressive projects myself. Fun fact, daymare 1998 started off as a fanmade Resident Evil 2 remake project before the official remake was announced.

Similar to my Xbox thread, which Playstation 1 titles from Sony's early days would you like to see remade, remastered or 'brought back' with a sequel? For me? I got a small list: Tenchu Legend of Dragoon Syphon Filter (A SF4 would be nice) Twisted Metal Galerians Which Playstation titles do you think deserve a proper reboot?

Do you think Sony should try their hand again at a portable playstation? Something like the PS VIta, but more on par w/ the PS4/PS5? Something with dual triggers using the haptic feedback from the dualsense this time so FPS games can be played more comfortably? I loved my Vita, it's hacked now and i still use it to this day from time to time. I would love to see a successor to it personally. If Sony did try this again, they'd need developers on board and not just 'bite-sized' versions of games, an actual CoD title like MW2 would need to be on the console, w/ crossplay & cross progression, for it to be a success IMHO.

It seems more and more VR headsets are being released. PS VR2 is coming out for PS5, that said, do you feel VR is a gimmick or fad that will fade away with time? Or do you think it's here to stay? Do you own a VR headset? Do you plan on getting one? I may pick up a PSVR2 in the future, but i'm not sure yet, being someone who wears glasses, that's always been a concern for me.

Is there any 'OG Xbox" classic you'd love to see a new game from? For me, I would LOVE to see a new Panzer Dragoon title. I'd also love a true "Crazy Taxi 4". As a huge fan of the Dreamcast, I'd love to see some Dreamcast and OG Xbox titles come back, as remakes, remasters or just brand new games. Which would you like to see in a perfect world?

Would you like to see a dedicated Xbox Portable console? Something along the lines of the PS Vita but made by Microsoft? do you think there is a place in the market for such a thing? a "Series P" if you will? Would you buy it? What would be your 'sweet spot' for a price? Me? I'd buy one for sure, I think $250 would be good but i wouldn't spend more than $300 for it personally. I think Microsoft would really be able to push their cloud/mobile gaming with a device like this......

I prefer forums over blog posts/comments. I feel a forum is more personal and more 'connected' between users. It allows you to build up a community where people can meet new friends and such. For example, I met @Shortie861nearly 10 years ago on a forum, we are now in a relationship and have been for 4 years now. 🙂 So while it's rare, you can even find love on a forum, can't really have that sort of experience over a blog.

I use canned air on it a couple times a month. It being a laptop I try to keep it dust free as often as possible. 🙂

Any WoW players here? I haven't played since 2012 or so, but I have a lot of friends that are getting back into it and i'm itching to do the same. I might buy the latest expansion and jump back into it for awhile. Have you ever played World of Warcraft? Do you enjoy these types of games which are MMORPGs where you can meet up with friends and go on quests together?

I'm finding the Saturn controller extremely comfortable but I have to say my favorite controller of all time is a tie between the Sega Dreamcast and the Xbox One controller in terms of comfortability. I don't really shop at gamestop anymore, the only'used' games I buy from them now are their retro selection online. So games for my Saturn & Dreamcast mostly, because if there is anything wrong with the discs or they don't run on my console, I can return them to my local gamestop store for a full refund. Yes they are more expensive than buying some of these titles off ebay but you get the ease of mind knowing that if anything is wrong with any of them, you can simply return them to the store and get a refund. Which is a lot easier than chasing an ebay seller down for a refund and having to return the item via shipping it back, etc. 🙂

I usually bought physically because of Best Buy's Gamers Club Unlocked saving me 20% off new games, but honestly, i'm kinda beside myself with it now because GCU is going away once it expires for me in May of next year. I've been buying more digitally now at least this way my girlfriend can access any digital games I buy as her xbox is set to my home xbox. So any games I purchase/download, she automatically has downloaded to her xbox. 🙂 So in the end, digital is actually saving me more than something like GCU was doing as I only have to buy 1 copy of games now. 😄

Which E-Sports team is your favorite? There's clans like FaZe, Rise Nation, Cloud 9, Team Kaliber,Optic Gaming. Which do you support? For me, i've always been a tK guy. I like their sense of 'family' they got within their organization and even towards those that are no longer with their organization, they still treat them as though they are part of their 'family'.
